Hhhmmm... I have a study I'd like to do as well. It'll only cost $350k. A feasibility study for restoring old vehicles with newer technologies to reduce the environmental impact of automotive junkyards and the resource depletion of trying to produce new vehicles.

I have three or four models of vehicle in mind and have already started work on one of them.

Approach the right goobermint agency with some credentials and you might just very well get the $350K.
