Somehow I cannot hope but wonder how Manfred Nowak, who serves as a U.N. special rapporteur (top anti-torture envoy) in Geneva, feels about this? He is most
recently on record as waxing indignant about how the US MUST PROSECUTE the Bush Administration lawyers who authored those nasty memos defining torture down. After all, Mr. Nowak, an Austrian Law Professor, says;
"That's exactly what I call complicity or participation" to torture as defined by the convention ...Gee, I hope that he isn't reading this report, it would really soil his pants.
