I saw that........man, she looks scary. Good thing the DHS is after her... /sarcasm
100% correct
She should go, ok, but she’s a mere tool.
This is Obama, Axelrod, Emmanuel, Holder and whoever is behind the scenes behind them.
O himself has said “It’s my job to provide the VISION”.
That’s admitting that the direction if not the details of management is Obama’s.
Think Ayers, think Dohrn, think Jeremiah Wright, Calypso Louie, etc.
If you’re not outraged enough, think of this:
Think of all the soldiers who have given their lives in Iraq, Afghanistan and even elsewhere not made public. Think of their grieving but very proud families and friends.
Now even this pride is stripped from them by a CIC who orders their surviving comrades who did come back home to be looked at as potential terrorists.
Meanwhile the words terrorism and war on terror involving Islamic extremists have been stripped from the vocabulary.
So let’s get this straight...the only certainly-innocent-of potential-terrorism U.S. soldiers are the ones who died over there.
But by tainting all the living, they are also tainting the dead...for it they had lived they too would be tainted, and all their brothers they died to protect are now tainted.
And their families have a new grief to bear.
They despise anything military, especially their own.
It is a projection instrument of evil capitalism and control to them.
This military has vanquished all their heros.
The individual soldiers are especially evil (to them).
Also, they project their own evil hearts onto the military.
Therefore, in their mind, the military is evil, and if left unchecked, will userp their power and defeat them...especially the veterans, who have proven they are anti everything the libs hold dear, and that have displayed hostility to those things.
How can they not just KNOW that veterans are out to get them??
That is a lot of monitoring going on out there!
/ foghorn leghorn voice
THANK YOU! Marking this for later, and a ping. :)
Gestapolitano is merely one head of the hydra.
Sounds to me like FReepers are getting hot under the collar without much basis. If the investigative wings of each of the military services is involved in the effort, it's extremely unlikely that veterans in general are being targeted, and very likely that the main sources of information about who to target for investigation are within the military services.
There ARE attempts to recruit current and former members of our armed forces to join various groups which can reasonably be regarded as dangerous extremists. Recently discharged veterans are in a good position to be maintaining contact with "extremist" sympathizers of various stripes who are still in active military, and some outside groups are very likely to be trying to get members into the military by taking advantage of the currently high recruiting needs which tend to lower screening standards. We don't need infiltration of our armed forces by outside groups that seek to disrupt its activities, and it sounds to me like that's what this effort is aiming to head off.
What I'm not seeing/hearing is any specific complaints from rational militia groups that they have evidence that veteran-members of their groups have actually been targeted. When I hear that (and I'm pretty confident that FR would be one of the first places such complaints would be publicized), I'll get worried.
I seriously doubt that Napolitano had anything to do with this line of investigation, and she probably still knows very little about it. She gets briefings, undoubtedly tailored for clueless agency figureheads, and thus devoid of meaningful specific information. She knows what the heads of the investigating agencies want her to know, and nothing more.
Operation Vigilant Eagle?
More like Defecating Buzzards...
Knowing what we know about Ruby Ridge, Waco, and the OKC Bombing, if you're not worried by now, you're opinion doesn't really count for much.
But hey, prattle on if you like.
I didn’t know that the investigative agencies of all 3 branches of the US military were involved in Ruby Ridge, Waco, or the OKC bombing. If you know otherwise, please share. This is not an independent FBI operation or FBI+state law enforcement operation, and the military investigative agencies are perfectly capable of raising a red flag without our backseat-driver help, if one needs to be raised.
BWHAAAAAA!!!
Now-now Ron, is that any way to show a bipartisan attitude (w/ GovermentStinker, anyway)???
"But hey, prattle on if you like."
Don't know 'bout the stinker, but I'm just about all prattled out. {g}
Isn't it just pathetic? Stephanie's remarks were so on the mark. She just wants people to talk about how great America is. I have known Stephanie Browning her entire life and she is a wonderful human being and a great American.
Yes, makin' mock o' uniforms that guard you while you sleep
Is cheaper than them uniforms, an' they're starvation cheap;
And the last, perceptive one (my emphasis):
For it's Tommy this, an' Tommy that, an' "Chuck him out, the brute!"
But it's "Saviour of 'is country" when the guns begin to shoot;
An' it's Tommy this, an' Tommy that, an' anything you please;
An' Tommy ain't a bloomin' fool -- you bet that Tommy sees!
Hussein will be worse than Hitler.
Got any examples of these groups and any specific evidence you'd like to share?
Don’t doubt it. It maybe a lot of monitoring but that would be the only way they could separate who they claim they’re “only” targeting.
This is so infuriating....what can we do to stop this?
Damn Congress is out of control and won’t listen to the little people anymore.
