Before flying back to Alaska, Gov. Sarah Palin made one last stop in Evansville this morning.
Palin went to Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano to attend a private breakfast event hosted by S.M.I.L.E on Down syndrome, a local group that provides resources and support for people with Down syndrome and their families.
The 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee was accompanied by her husband, Todd Palin, and Meghan Stapleton, Alaska-based director of her political action committee, SarahPAC.
Palin told the Vanderburgh County Right to Life 2009 Spring Banquet Thursday night that her baby son Trig, who was born with Down syndrome, did not make the trip to Evansville, as had been expected, because he has the sniffles.

I believe she is our 'ONE', if there is such a thing. I believe she is the one who will be able to draw our party back to its foundations and clarify the horrors the socialist liberals want to shroud our country with, taking it down a creepy slope to hopelessness and tyranny.
Just by being Sarah she smacks down the female liberal brand and wakes up the male liberal in ways they HATE! She is the MIRROR they are forced to look into and find their own creepy, dirty ideals looking right back at them. Sarah forces them simply by BEING SARAH to see themselves for the shallow, life hating, demanding and especially tyrannical creeps they ALL ARE.
IT IS NO WONDER THEY ARE TRYING TO SMASH SARAH DOWN RIGHT NOW>>>>WAY BEFORE THE BIG ELECTION COMES AROUND AGAIN, BECAUSE THEY KNOW, AND SARAH KNOWS, AND WE KNOW, SHE HAS IT. She does. She is living the life of one who knows what is and is not important. Her experience is amazing and this time around the press will NOT BE ABLE TO MINIMIZE HER.
That first picture is truly a great one. I wish her hair did not cover the “blue star” pin, however. ( Only because I know it is there)

Lovely isn’t it? Someone not afraid of defending her faith, unlike another certain politician who would cover up the name of the Lord.
God bless sarah palin and please continue to pray for her and her family. My very best friend has down syndrom child who is also blind and will never grow and is deaf among so many other birth defects. THe childs name is grant can we please say a prayer for the family please. thanks in advance
