Just a simple march will not work. We have to go farther than that: http://pushbackuntil.com. Or we do the march and the traffic slowdown. If we do not do the traffic slowdown, anything else will be meaningless. I suggest we do both.

Is there any significance to the 9/12 date?

If we can maintain meaningful Tea Party protests for the next 18 months or so, there’s a very good chance that many, many Democrats will lose their re-election bids in 2010, ACORN or not. At the rate Obama is going, there will be plenty to protest over the next year and a half.

A march on Washington should include pitchforks and torches...

If we’re going to win anything we must start moving now to mandate voter ID. Election fraud will become even more blatant than last time.

Although I’m looking forward to the next round of Tea Parties, I really don’t like the July 4th date—unless the gatherings include beer and hot dogs.

The Tea Parties were great. They got a lot of attention, mostly negative by the MSM.

Does anyone think that the effort got the attention of any congress creeps or spinators that are not already aligned? Or do you think that they see us as a relevant minority who can’t get them elected again nor thrown out?

The effort may concern the ZERO camp but I don’t think they are really scared very badly and certainly not enlightened to change the path in any material way to our liking.

The next round of tea parties will be on July 4th, but I'm going to start promoting the 9-12 protest as well. The protest will be at the west front of the US Capitol. Please mark your calendars and spread the word!

If I’m going to make a trip to D.C. it’s going to be July 4th with torch and pitchfork in hand. Somehow celebrating Independence Day in any other way would be hollow....

Well, OK. But I'm not going across country to sing Kumbaya in front of the Washington monument.

If I make this trip I want to toss some tables.

Could this include every state capitol for those that cannot travel across country?

I think everyone should bring their birth certificates with them to be displayed at the right moment to demand that Obama produce his or call the moving van!
