Fishtalk—that was you???!!!! How about that!

You were the first person I saw when I came to the Circle.

Sorry I didn’t know it was you.

I moved from the South Bedford Avenue point of the Circle to the West Market St. point, so the long line of traffice would have the time to see my sign. Gots lots of great remarks and thumbs-up!

One car had two college age guys—the driver held up a sign that said “Socialize”, except like a typical lib, they misspelled it.

Hey is that you on the radio station WGMD now?

Pardon me fishtalk, but if she was a member of ACORN, she was no sweet little old lady!

Good job all the way around....spotting her for what she really is and for keeping your temper when it meant the most!

I just got back from the Madison Wisconsin tea party and they said there were five thousand people there, but frankly it looked like twice that many to me. I was in the thick of the crowd and I didn’t see or hear any of the protesters that the local paper covered. There was one lone guy to the left of me that made some remarks, but it was a very peaceful event....and I think the local paper must have just interviewed some of their staff in the office.

More than 1,000 meet in Montgomery for tax protest

And here's another story about this evening's tea party protest in Tuscaloosa, on the UA campus. If you can go to that one, you can get a nice, free dinner. From the story:

Organizers are planning food and drinks for 2,000 people. Monroe Sausage donated sausage to symbolize congressional pork-barrel spending. The free pork will be served with sweet tea.

'We have 2,000 sausage dogs,' Madison said. 'That's optimistic, I know, but the response has been amazing. It started out as grass-roots and turned into a brush fire.'

You may want to ping the AL list to this one.

I drove around several times looking for a parking place at the Richardson TX party. Several hundred, all peacefully protesting. No sign of media (maybe I just missed it). Honked several times and gave the thumbs-up. Good and decent people all.

Contrasted to the losers on the left.

Congrats and GOD BLESS to those who came out.

Re: Bristol Tennessee/Virginia tea party I forgot to mention that we all met at one location and since the state line runs right down the middle of town, we were split into two separate groups. One went to the Virginia side of town and the other went to the Tennessee side. There was aprox. 100 people (maybe more) on the Tennessee side and probably about the same on the Virginia side. I went back to work and mentioned to a couple of collegues about attending the tea party and either got a blank stare or they thought that I was talking about really drinking tea. We really need to get our message out to the people who are not paying attention to what is going on.

That was me!

I saw your sign. Wish we’d had a chance to talk more.

I am not on WGMD now....least I don’t think so unless it’s a tape.

I remember your sign about the pirates though.

We will have to meet up some time...good to know there’s Freepers down this neck of the woods.

Video: CNN reporter openly contemptuous of tea parties

A tour de force of bias via TV Newser, from her sarcasm to her Fox-bashing to her badgering a guy who’ll be paying off Obama’s monstrous deficits for decades about why he isn’t satisfied with a $400 tax break this year. The title of the clip is “CNN Reporter Roughed Up at Chicago Tea-Party,” which, as you’ll see, is a transparent lie unless you consider the crowd yelling at her to stop cutting off the people she’s interviewing as “rough.” But that’s par for the course for the narrative being organized here: A nasty, violent, ignorant crowd, all doing the bidding of CNN’s sinister competitor. Stay classy, Turnerites.
