The machine is called the Rodenator Pro. It pumps propane and oxygen into the tunnels of squirrels, then sends an electric spark that causes an explosion. 
"Better back it down a notch on the propane."

Isn't that sucker dead? For sure he's crippled. Achmed suffers from Daffy Duck syndrome. Guns, bombs, etc, will never kill him. This leaves him eternally frustrated as he'll never be able to collect his virgins.
Unbeknown to him this is actually a good thing, as all his virgins look like Helen Thomas and Michael Jackson in drag.
