Michelle has done our work for us, apparently it IS legit.
However, she (and no one else I could find)...does not explain how a government report containing reference to an April 4th event could have been published and distributed on April 7th, just 3 days later. Also, no mention about the host site,logicsix.com.
Maybe Uncle Sam has discovered email?
My question now is - Who released this & why?
Nothing is leaked without someone getting some political benefit.
And why use the site that they did? How does that play into this drama?
2. When the Report is displayed on your screen, Right click on the report, and select document properties.
3. Look for the information regarding the Creation and Modification dates near the center of the pop up.
My conclusion is that the copy being circulated originated on 1/23/2007 @ 1:32:54 PM and was modified to include the April 4th incident on 4/7/2009 @ 5:47:57 PM. It was apparently released the same day as that modification.
