Exactly. Ever read “State of Fear” by Michael Crichton?

Yes please. Take me back to a time when weather on this planet was not chaotic. That was what, 4.5 billion years ago?

I hope they don't waterboard the dummy.

Seriously though, putting a cable lock around the doors could be very dangerous. What if there was a fire, or someone locked in the building had a heart attack and needed medical attention? I hope they catch the people that did this and prosecute them to the full extent of the law.

These are the same people who pray hope for stability. They want stable weather. They want stable economy - even if that means no profit for anyone ever again. They want stable governments even if those governments are dictatorial (how else are thy going to get what they want?). People who want stability in all things are usually great examples of what happens without Darwin in there to thin the heard and level the playing field.

Well I hope they didn’t reopen all those streets they closed until after the SWAT team was brought in, and sufficient force was achieved to actually approach the threatening dummy.
