(IsraelNN.com) The Jordanian Royal family’s dog was treated in an Israeli veterinarian hospital in the midst of Operation ‘Cast Lead’, Israel’s daily Yediot Acharonot reported Sunday. In a secret operation, the sick dog was transferred to the Beit Dagan hospital for treatment.

Turks love dogs almost as much as british and americans. THey even have a “dog wrestling” sport. They train huge dogs(like mastiff size or larger) to wrestle humans without biting them to death.

The Jordanian royals are about as far from Islamists as one can get. Hell, I'd say that King Abdullah is probably more Western in culture than half the current US Cabinet.

They are Muslim but they are not Islamists.

You may want to paint that religion with a wide brush, but that is not the reality. The Jordanian leadership is not radical and are very pro-Western.

Araft and his Palli scum got their ass beat by the Jordanian Army. That's when the PLO went to Lebanon/Syria.

Jordan ain't big enough to take on Syria and until recent years, they had to walk a tight rope with Saddam right next store to them in Iraq. But they have very good, if quiet, relations with Israel. Their Intl agencies have helped each other numerous times trying to control the crazies in the region.

Talk to Israelis. They like the Jordanian royal family very much.
