Poll of change: Obama’s job approval slipping to ‘50-50’

The honeymoon is over, a national poll will signal tomorrow as President Obama’s job approval stumbles to about 50 percent over the lack of improvement with the crippled economy.
The sobering numbers come as the president backpedals from two prime-time gaffes - one comparing his bowling score to a Special Olympian and another awkwardly laughing about the economy, which prompted Steve Kroft of “60 Minutes” to ask “are you punch-drunk?”
Pollster John Zogby said his poll out in the morning will show Americans split on the president’s performance. He said the score factors out to “about 50-50.”

BS. I doubt if he is above 40%. Those who oppose are furious because he will destroy this country.
I bet they were 50/50 before he hit the circuit that is why he was out there. After Leno and 60 Minutes I am sure they are much lower.
The Republicans should flex some political muscle. The Dems should be scared to death they are going to with the Obama titanic.
Now we can call him President feeetie percent.

Zero’s numbers can’t drop fast enough for me.
Even though I'm fairly Liberal I have always thought Obama was an Empty Suit. I believe in Universal Healthcare, I'm pro-Union, I think College should be more affordable, etc., etc., but, I have never been impressed by Obama. Unfortunately, as a white person if I say something bad about him I'll be called a Racist.
In the end, he’ll be in “der bunker” with his wife and cabinet (little Timmy G. will try to defect to the Russians but will be killed by the palace guards).
The “chosen one” will yell and scream, to the very end, on why his subject are rebelling against him.
Zogby polls are questionable. I’ll believe it when Rasmussen shows something similiar.
If Zogby has him at 50/50, he’s in heap big trouble. Zogby is always high on the BO side.
But it’s just a poll. He doesn’t care about those.
What were Bush’s numbers at this time in his presidency. Can we say his approval rating is LOWER than Bush’s yet?
Actually I can see exactly what each of them would look like and I have to say only BO looks like a bozo...
As with Rasmussen, the Zogby poll is trending in the right direction.

Unfortunately I suspect at least 55% aren’t even paying attention and have no idea about any of his missteps. I’d be surprised if his approval numbers are consistently below 55% for any length of time.
I believe the only way he will ultimately be able to retain power, in the face of ongoing stupid decisions, is if he is able at some point to declare martial law.
