Well Senator I am not open to Cap and Trade,because it’s a hoax. It;s a scam. Its selling a product that doesn’t exist.
Global Warming is a scam, and paying money to stop something that we have absolutely no control over is a ridiculous idead that would have gotten you laughed out of the country 20 years ago and should get you voted out of the Senate now.

which sets a cap on the total pollutants companies can emit and then forces heavy polluters to buy credits from entities that pollute less -- creating financial incentives to fight global warming.

Which sets cap's on personal freedoms and forces a free society to buy the rights to be free.

Who works for who?

Hypocrite Alexander was one of the "yes" votes for that $410 billion earmark fest that was just passed by the Senate yesterday. He talks out of both sides of his mouth.
