When you are blowing millions by the minute, what's another one million? The Obama administration has announced plans to provide Palestinian students with scholarship money to help them enroll in Mid East and American universities - pending congressional approval.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton made the announcement last week when visiting the West Bank.
The four-year program will support about 10 scholarships each year for disadvantaged students to attend four-year courses at Palestinian universities. The program will also offer 25 “opportunity grants” to enable promising but disadvantaged young Palestinians to apply to American-accredited institutions in the United States or the Middle East
The move follows American commitments to give nearly $1 billion in aid and other support to the Palestinian populations of Gaza and the West Bank.

Kids here in US can't afford college, and parents are homeless, and we are losing huge chunks of retirement money, and Hillary is giving away millions to a group that istill offcially at war with Israel and all Christendon.
Maybe they'll use the moeny to take chemistry and physics classes so they can build better bombs to kill more Americans and Israelis!

In business administration, we'll teach them how to manage their money that we taxpayers donate to them. In chemistry, we'll teach them how build more efficient biological weapons. In religion and philosophy, they'll teach us about
