What good is an M203/M79 without some 40 mm rounds?
Is the launcher an arm? If so then he has the right to keep and bear it.

You’re right. Those launchers only work with 40mm grenades, not the rifle grenades mentioned. The may have been some of the 37mm launchers that are built to fire only pratice and smoke rounds...
