LOL! I’d bet he’s not so proud of his little deed now.

Remember all the fuss over the unsubstantiated (and completely merit-less) claims that Palin was using personal email to conduct state business; in order to avoid freedom-of-information laws?

Now, consider Obama and his Blackberry addiction. Where's the fuss?

I’m glad, and a bit surprised, that this is being pursued. Since the victim was a Republican, I fully expected the case to be dropped or dismissed on some technical grounds.

“The new counts are fraud, unlawful electronic transmission of material outside Tennessee and attempts to conceal records to impede an FBI investigation.”

At what point does “unlawful electronic transmission of material” overlap with a crime like “wiretapping” (he accessed her wire through fraud).

I’ll be anxious to hear more about his father’s involvement in this. I’m wondering if the DNC was involved too.

Have watched this for a long time, because I suspected NetRoots involvement. Almost feel sorry for the Kid, but he did this to himself.

Have heard he has emotional problems.

My take on the latest is that he and his lawyers have not been as cooperative as they promised in the beginning and the Fed’s have lost patience with them. Hence the added charges.

Thought in the beginning they wanted to wait until the public furor died down to try the case. Now it is again put off.

His father was an Obozo supporter, and that will probably give him a get-out-of-jail card.

I do not care about the Kid, but I loath the NetRoots manipulation. They are capable of almost anything. I have no doubt they influence this kid.

Our ability to combat this Commie assault is affected by our ability to continue to communicate. That is something that our new “Rulers” do not want to happen.

This is the true photograph of the sweet lips and pink cheeked punk - soon be become the most popular kid on the cell block... That smirk won't last long.....and those pretty curls will go straight.

If this smart ass avoids jail time, it would certainly justify the resurgence of Vigilante Justice..

This is daddy -- DEMOCRAT politico in Tennessee:

One must wonder how a white can get elected in Memphis, TN which had a 63% black population in 2006, and must be at a higher level currently.

I’m sure if a real investigation was conducted, they’d find the Soros/Axelrod/0bama axis at the bottom of the dung heap.

“attempts to conceal records to impede an FBI investigation.”

Martha Stewart went to jail for less than this.

http://www.knoxnews.com/news/2008/sep/23/fbi-searches-home-economics-major-suspected-hackin/

Last week, a person using the e-mail address rubico10aty**** posted a message to an online forum about how he used Yahoo Mail’s password-recovery tool to obtain Palin’s password by entering Palin’s birth date, ZIP code and where Palin met her husband.

Rubico; ‘I read through the emails … ALL OF THEM … before I posted, and what I concluded was anticlimactic, there was nothing there, nothing incriminating, nothing that would derail her campaign as I had hoped, all I saw was personal stuff, some clerical stuff from when she was governor. … And pictures of her family.’

“After changing the e-mail password to ‘popcorn,’ the hacker then posted the username and password to 4chan, allowing others to access Palin’s e-mail.”

Popcorn ... kernel ... David Kernell!!

“David Kernell excelled at chess while at Germantown High School and won the 2004 Tennessee Open Scholastic Chess Championship...

... internet searches show someone uses the handle ‘rubico’ on chess Web sites. In addition, an inactive blog, with one post dated May 2004, included ‘rubico’ as a username. Its author identified himself as a chess player from Memphis named David.”
