We’ll take Washington DC, but the libtards have to take everyone occupying it.

Great solution to the problem...

However, before we give up and throw in the towel, there maybe one last thing to try. I think this marriage could be saved with some counseling... I would recommend that the two sides consider the following:

As in many marriages, a recurring problem is the role that the partners play (who cooks, vacuums, mows the lawn, etc), and I believe the problem we have here is an inappropriate assignement of roles.

I would recommend that the libs take care of the “fun” stuff - food, music (except country!), entertainment, art, poetry, software engineering, nurturing, nursing, synchronized swimming, etc, (which is what they naturally like to do) while the conservatives take care of the “serious” stuff, government, economics, hard engineering, country music, science, war, contact sports, and so on, which we’re naturally good at.

I really think this is a good solution and both sides would be extremely happy, and thus live in marital bliss.

Let’s face it restaurants in conservative Omaha are no match for those in liberal San Fran, and likewise governments run by liberals like Carter are a disgrace compared to those run by a conservative like Reagan.

Hey, why not have the best of both worlds! It’s a win-win!!!

Do I have to pay to support that liberal art? I do not want to pay for the National Endowment of the Arts.

Since we would be running the government we would make the wise decision to let the market decide what art people want. So the answer to your question is no.

The left will never agree to that.
