Leo's Back In The Game! Attorneys Leo Donofrio & Mario Apuzzo Team Up on Eligibility Case!

QUO WARRANTO: A New Hope - Military can now retreat in peace.

Today I had a five hour meeting with New Jersey attorney, Mario Apuzzo. The meeting was entirely focused on the issue of Quo Warranto

Bottom line: we’ve identified a subset of plaintiffs who have a much more viable path to standing to institute an action in Quo Warranto than active military. This subset of plaintiffs would not be exposed to possible court martial since they are not military plaintiffs.

And there is no prevailing need to place this burden on the backs of our military. Our military can retreat in peace on this issue. There is a new hope with a greater chance of success.

Leo is a good guy. He really is worried about our brave soldiers. He and Mario are real patriots.

I applaud Leo, but how close are any of these legal efforts to forcing the SCOTUS into taking a case?

Well Leo was able to get two cases to SCOTUS before and Cort’s case (written by Leo) is still alive at SCOTUS. Leo’s case he had to rush to SCOTUS because NJ state courts gave him the run around. He had more time to work on Cort’s filing.

I applaud them for standing up for the Citizens, the Constitution and our soldiers.

Why the change of heart? He wrote a letter to everyone recently where it almost seemed like someone had gotten too him....He said he was out and was going to let this all go.

What classification of people are in the mysterious subset? I’m just a dumb old citizen-voter, with no standing, who believes there is a problem that needs to be addressed either way. We need a better way to verify qualifications.

"I hope he redeems himself from the silly farewell posting of his."

And the 'Wussy' pic of SCOTUS.

I am absoutely glad it looks like he's getting 'back in the game', but he does seem just a tad bit moody at times. In any event, I sure hope he sticks to this latest quest. The Barry's ineligibility needs to be exposed...somehow. Perhaps this will finally do just that.

Leo is like a savant. He can read 10 books on the law and remember everything verbatim. He’s one of those extremely intelligent people that becomes an introvert when the narrow-minded real world can’t understand them.

I thought he was a bit paranoid too, until I realized those types of people do exist. They’re geniuses.

You really can’t blame someone in that position for a being paranoid. Think about it if it were you, alone, going to Washington after all those stumbling blocks in the NJ court. The outside world becomes a crazy place and you know what? It is. You haven’t slept in days and probably only hours in weeks. You probably haven’t eaten a decent meal either. It has to have an affect. Especially when the media is laughing at you, on TV, with a jerk that thinks he’s special because he runs a SCOTUS blog and is so ignorant of history it’s not even funny. But then again, so is the audience you’re talking to, so who is going to look at it from Leo’s side when the media is out to get you and they were.

The main thing here is that Leo has a good guy to take that pressure off of him this time. Apuzzo doesn’t strike me as the type who is going to put up with the media’s crap. Together, they should make a good team. I think we should support them. A suit of thousands of plaintiffs has been demanded for how long? Here’s your chance boys and girls. Put up or shut up.

Those people do exist, true.

However, how can you refer to Leo as a genius or a savant when he sued the NJ Secretary of State for not vetting the candidates on their ballots? That isn't even in their (legally defined) job description. Should it be? I would say yes. However, it currently isn't. Therefore, it would appear that he sued the wrong people. That's pretty major if you ask me. His arguments are spot on as far as the B.C. issue is only secondary and the real issue is that Barry had FOREIGN citizenship at birth and his father was a FOREIGN national who never had U.S. citizenship of any kind. But again, the defendants in his first lawsuit were the wrong people. That's not genius IMHO.

I do applaud him though for getting back up off the floor (so to speak) and trying again to get this issue heard on it's merits. I support him for that!

I say go for it Leo and Mario. Maybe they should get together with Orly Taitz and combine forces. Then all of them get together with the Republican National Lawyers Association (RNLA), get about 100 or so attorneys to show up at SCOTUS when they have the next citizenship case there!
Then call out the Freepers, The Gathering of Eagles, Michelle Malkin and anyone else who will show up at the steps of SCOTUS. Yeah, let’s do it!

It is their responsibility though, rx. As I went back to the original texts of the framers, it’s when I realized that Leo retained far more information than people gave him credit for.

Much time was taken in the debates of 1787 for the government we see now. The framers laid it all out, just as we live it and each and every office had a duty. There were 3 checkpoints devised. The SOS, the Electors and finally the Congress. It was devised that way to guarantee there would be no mistakes, right up to the objection point in the Congress (that never happened in 2008 *cough* Cheney *cough*). How we failed each checkpoint and allowed factcheck.org to take on those duties with the public is unconscionable, but it happened.

That’s why I say he’s like a savant. He reads it once and grasps the entire history. I’m still sitting here reading it.

Look at how he figured out Chester Arthur. No one else has done that in all this time? The man has a talent. There’s no question.

Aside from the history of the office of the SOS, the modern proof is when 6 states threw Roger Calero off their ballots. That came from the SOS. They stated he was not qualified under the constitution, ok? The socialist party replaced Calero with that other guy in those instances, and Calero drew no public attention to it. I read the letters. And why? Because Calero knew he was getting away with it in other states, including NJ where Leo comes from, and didn’t want to draw attention to himself. And that’s another problem. Calero shouldn’t even be on ANY state ballot, period! That’s going to change next election, you watch.

After doing some research myself, I’m convinced that the problem here is, the people we have in office, including the Congress (and especially the ignorant media), don’t even know the history of this country, so how can they interpret the laws the way we assume they know how to do? They’ve even gotten the 14th Amendment wrong. They’re the ignorant ones. Not Donofrio.

The guy is definitely smart. Yeah he’s into his music and poker and all that stuff, but I think that’s part of the withdrawal when things get too heavy for him to handle. The paranoia at Washington... meh.. that’s understandable if any of us went through whatever he did, so I can’t judge the man. I never walked in his shoes. I can’t imagine taking on the Supreme Court alone after all that crap in the NJ court they put him through, the lack of sleep, the overtime bustle of cramming information. That would drive anybody over the deep end, let’s face it.

I don’t get where you assumed it wasn’t the SOS’s job. According to history it sure is. It’s the SOS, then the Electors, then the Congress. All 3 checkpoints sign off that the person whose name is on their sheets, is eligible. The framers intentionally made it that way and we still screwed it up 200 years later.

Michelle Malkin is the one calling us “birfers”, remember? She’s the one who lumped us all in with the Berg-followers, chasing a birth certificate around the world.

She can’t even understand the difference between the Donofrio case and the Berg case. The Donofrio was never about a birth certificate. It was about the law that made Obama ineligible. The birth certificate was only important to show that the SOS, Electors and Congress, didn’t do their jobs. What happened when they didn’t? Did they come forth to say Obama was definitely born here? NO! They couldn’t. Factcheck.org, a leftist-kook website, did it. And who took the picture of the COLB? Factcheck.org again. Who posted it on his website and told people to pass it around to their friends? Barack Obama.

All done in an effort to get people to focus on a COLB that was never verified by the SOS, Electors or Congress, as the law dictates is their job.

Michelle Malkin doesn’t get it. Sean Hannity doesn’t get it. Rush Limbaugh started to get it but backed off. Ben Smith from Politico is a total ignorant idiot as is Horowitz. These are people who definitely could use spending some time with the framers and read what wrote.

It doesn’t matter what distortions are put out for public consumption today or even yesterday. What matters is what the framers intended at the time of the signing of the Constitution. And all that evidence points to Obama isn’t a natural born citizen at all. He’s the son of a Kenyan father who never became an American citizen and under the British Nationality Act of 1948, he became a British subject and he admits it. They didn’t accept dual loyalties. It says so right in their laws. So why is he lying to people and telling them he had dual-citizenship? The guy is a liar. He changes the law on the books that anyone can go look up and read themselves, but they’re so lazy they just take his word for it. Amazing!

And the worst part about it, is none of these people like Malkin, who opened her mouth about “9/11 truther-birthers”, in a deliberate attempt to make fun of people, didn’t even bother to go read it herself. So much for her “truth”.

Folks,

Please read Leo’s brief. I had to read it twice because the Quo Warranto would be simple and direct! It’s almost too easy.

That being said, Holder is NOT going to move on this. I pray the US Attorney for DC, Mr. Jeffrey Taylor picks up the guantlet on Quo Warranto.

Agree totally regarding the framers etc. I’ve been posting the same info, re: the green card holder and all. And, as you saw I too believe the SoS’s should vet the candidates. However, again, they simply are not required by law to vet the candidates. At least the N.J. SoS that is. Therefore, it’s a major oversight IMO that he sued them for such. Right argument, wrong defendants.
