Ankeny v. Daniels: Mr. Ankeny and Mr. Kruse Go to Court in Indiana (Obama eligibility case in IN)

The following was forwarded to me by a contact with the Plaintiffs, Mr. Ankeny and Mr. Kruse, of Ankeny v. Daniels; it’s a fascinating “fly on the wall” account of the latest hearing in the eligibility saga:

In reading this particular article I'm fascinated by the following excerpt:

"In regard to the “natural born” question, I read from the Law of Nations, “The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens,” and prefaced my remarks with the statement, “Whatever the words, ‘natural born,’ mean, they must mean whatever they meant at the time the Constitution was ratified.”

Congress has no enumerated Power to change the meaning of the words, “natural born,” just as they have no enumerated Power to change the substance of “chusing of Electors,” and neither do the States. That intrigued the Judge.

Any constitutional question should be prefaced by an understanding that Congress does not have enumerated Power to change the definitions of words appearing in the Constitution unless specifically given such enumeration.

And, on that basis, I believe we won the Judge’s heart and that of Counsel. We may not prevail in our suit, but we’ve made the argument that needs to go forward in whatever case comes after. And, “Oh, yes!” we told the Judge up front that whatever decision he might make in regard to our suit, it would certainly not end the controversy."

One of these cases will finally be heard, and the marxist quisling will be exposed.

Even if all that is written in this post is true, and even if it can be shown without the shadow of a doubt that Obama is ineligible to be POTUS, will there be enough people in Congress and SCOTUS courageous enough to get this man out of the WH?

Can’t you just imagine the furor that will ensue here and abroad accusing the US of being racial? As far as I’m concerned, let the chips fall as they may—let’s follow our Constitution, verbatim.

I’m pretty sure we are rapidly running FROM racism and getting ready, in a full blown kind of way, to just label him an utter failure.

the racism tag falls on deaf ears when it’s clear all other traits stink.

It is important that Obama, as President, be shown as a dangerous failure of leader, with no hope of change, that way the popular concern shifts from diminishing cries of racism if he is removed to loud cries of panic due to considering the consequences if he is left in office.

That Obama is a failure in this office is surely already well demonstrated in fact, yet lagging a bit still in popular consciousness. Thus is very important to keep the full pressure on and to provide NO relief in sayings such as "Well, this is good ...", "We can work with him if ...", etc. We have to keep the cooker on deep fry.

Trivia: “Ankeny” is the descendant of a Civil War Union veteran family, that established the towns of Ankeny, Iowa, and Ankona, Florida!

“..to just label him an utter failure.”

Labelling him an utter failure is not good enough—we have had failures in the past and we didn’t do anything about it.
Some guy with a toothy grin who is still clowning around on the world scene comes to mind.

It may not require Congress and SCOTUS to do anything.

There are other options. The military for one may just remove him. They have no duty to protect or support an illegal president.

Boycotts and civil disobedience may put enough pressure on him to resign. That may escalate to violence, which creates even more pressure.

Then again, it may take only 1 person, citizen or not.
