Rush once suggested that the country could just offer reparations of a million dollars per person in return for an agreement being signed and enforced that there would not be another dime in welfare taken by current recipients ever after they received the lump sum. We’ve certainly paid out enough the past several decades, and all this bailout money is probably just back door reparations.
