You missed the part about Macaca having a peculiar haircut ~ and the shooter in Montreal also having the exact same haircut ~ and that the haircut is peculiar to some particularly creepy people from India who are into terrorism.

Mr. Macaca also used the excuse that he had a video cam to get extra close to George Allen, a US Senator then running for re-election. That should have been stopped. It's a Taliban trick used more than once to kill opposition leaders.

The "twin of Macaca" was up in Canada at that time and he shot 18 people.

Two people, same peculiar haircut, one using tactics typical of known terrorists, the other shooting people down in the street ~ there was enough there to have accused Webb and his bunch of criminal intimidation.
