So far it looks like the average amount of time between when a bill becomes public and when it is voted on in the House is about two days. I wouldn't be surprised to see some gun control regulation go even faster. They don't want to give the grassroots opposition to their tyranny any chance to build. Even though Pelosi has thrown some cold water on gun control for now it could still be passed as soon as tomorrow afternoon.

Outside of the dig at the recent Republican president, that phrase is the stock line of those who don’t want to pass new gun control laws, such as the National Rifle Association any American that values our Constitution and our Republic.
