You're unlikely to find CDs by groups like Skrewdriver and Brutal Attack sold alongside the latest hits from Rihanna and the Jonas Brothers at your local retailer.
But the white-power punk bands' ballads are just a click away online.

and whiteys on the moon....
But what more well-known form of racist music is there?
This stupid article digs up a couple of no-name, no-talent, so-called metal or punk bands with a white-supremesist bent, people no one but their existing fans have heard of or WANT to hear of, and puts the “racist music” label on THEM, as they completely ignore the big, giant, “elephant” that’s stomping around “scratching” records and shouting ryhming & racist lyrics, in the same ROOM with them.
Exactly the story should be, While black racist downloads are on mainstream sites, white racists downloads require you to go to little known sites.
Don’t be hatin’, yo.
Even scarier, you can download Barbra Streisand music from the Internet.
lol! :)
Amen!
“giant, elephant thats stomping around”
And probably on the ipods of all these guy’s sons and daughters.
Scarier yet, you can download the self-hating music of CSN&Y and Jackson Browne!
There ought to be a law, think of the children.
My ears... MY EARS!!!!!!!!!!!
Love that album! I haven’t heard that record for about 20 years now.
“But the white-power punk bands’ ballads are just a click away online.”
Political protest songs are also just a click away online.
Music can be a strong influence politically (for both the left and right.) I see this attempt to shut down music downloading sites as a vieled attempt at political censorship.
“We have to stop the racism!!!” Makes a great cover when what you really want to do is stop the political protest.
“Oh. I thought the story was going to be about rap music”
Your stubborn mind hasn’t been fully indoctrinated yet. My thought too was that it involved gangsta rap. But we should know by now that when a headline says “racist” it must be about whitey.
I can’t stand this or Rap music, but both are protected under the 1st Amendment. It’s really quite a cut and dry case.
I know.
I’ll probably end up in a re-education camp. If I am not killed outright during the first purge.
Wonderful - now I can hear white power tunes anytime I want to!
Yep you haven’t lived until you’ve heard the punk version of the “Horst Wessel Song.”
