FOX Business Network has filed a lawsuit against the United States Treasury Department over failure to provide information on the bailout funds or respond to FBN’s expedited requests filed under the Freedom of Information Act [FOIA].

The initial request, filed on November 25, sought actual data on the use of the bailout funds for American International Group and the Bank of New York Mellon, and an additional request, filed on December 1, sought similar data on the bailout funds for Citigroup, Inc. FBN is asking for the Treasury Department to identify, among other issues, the troubled assets purchased, any collateral extended, and any restrictions placed on these financial institutions for their participation in this program.

Kevin Magee, Executive Vice President, FOX News commented, “The Treasury has repeatedly ignored our requests for information on how the government is allocating money to these troubled institutions. In a critical time like this amidst mounting corruptions and an economic crisis, we as a news organization feel it’s more important than ever to hold the government accountable.

Indeed. Even Klinton would not ignore FOIA requests that were legitimately filed.

And in so doing, FOX surpasses the entire investigatory efforts of the Obama SEC.

This also begins an endless cat and mouse game with the democrats, as these crooks aggressively cover up every penny of their vast trillion dollar looting of America over the few years.

I’m just curious about why Fox News didn’t bother to file a Freedom of Information Act on the missing birth certificate? Has nothing to do with this thread, except that I’m supposed to believe that Fox News is looking out for my interests when they let the biggest story of the century get away!

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

My question as well. I am disgusted with Fox over this.

It's a question of trust and respect. If Fox doesn't have the balls, or doesn't have the intelligence to see the importance of Obama’s natural born status, why should I ever respect Fox or trust them again?

Ditto for the “conservative” radio talking heads.

By the way, Obama and his Chicago thugs will treat this FOIA request with the same contempt that they did for requests to see his citizenship documents.

I heard this morning that a judge had sided with FOX and has ordered the Treasury to turn it all over.

For a week now Direct TV has blocked my Fox News channel. I have all the other channels. Also when Rush L is talking sometimes, a sudden sound of static come out for 30+ minutes. This has been happening for about a week and a half now. Is anyone else out there experiencing this?

And they'll confiscate the 52K names from UBS - the tax evading Rats and hand it over to be evaluated by "top men".
