"Whether it is health care, whether it is environmental issues, we are willing to work with him," Schwarzenegger said in an interview Tuesday as he lustily puffed on a cigar in his smoking tent inside the State Capitol.

What a tool.

Once a RINO, always a RINO.

Arnold would only be considered a Republican in California and perhaps NJ/MA. In the rest of the country he is concidered a center-left Marxist.

PING! Just when you thought it couldn't get worse....
Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger says he is eager for more opportunities to partner with Obama on big issues like health care and energy. ...

For a Democrat to be seen as working with Republicans, he has only to work with Liberal (at least on social issues) Republicans.

Oddly enough, for a Republican to be seen as working with Democrats, he has to work with...Liberal Democrats.

Arnold is no republican, he’s sided more and more with the dems ever since his intiatives got voted down. Stupid people in the state voted against all the reform he tried to implement, now we’re all going to be affected by the tax hike. Higher sales tax, dmv fees, and gas tax, anyone who spends and drives will feel the pinch in their wallets. I feel for the dealerships that are going to be affected even more now.
So much for the $13 a week taxbreak some people will be getting from obama’s great tax cut.

Not much difference between Schwarzenegger and Obama, both are nitwits and are empty headed. Schwarzenegger just doesn’t get it that this increase in taxes will just fasten the exodus from this sick State. Like with King Obama who is destroying America, Schwarzenegger has already screwed California

I seldom hear anyone mention Bill Simon. He would have been elected governor over Gray Davis if only George Bush and Karl Rove and that dolt Parsky had bothered to support him.

Instead, they gave us Arnold. Thanks a bunch. Arnold is the gift who keeps on giving.

Are we, as conservative Californians, permitted to throw this $ssclown out of the GOP in our state? He needs to have a (D) after his name.

Another example of why we should never capitulate to moderates. They will always give the farm away.

Put a fork in Cali, a state I love; it’s done. Due largely to immigration, many Californians are second- and third-worlders who can not produce, and can not be educated to produce, at first world levels, even though they consume more services than others. California can not raise taxes high enough on its first world population to remain what it’s been as a whole, but envious second- and third-worlders in proximity to better-off people will always demand as high of taxes on the latter as they can get. Absent a large expulsion of immigrants, California will never again have a Republican majority in either house of the state legislature or a conservative as governor, even if they occasionally elect a RINO to that position as even ultraliberal states sometimes do when Rat governors fail ridiculously.

Ain’t I a little ray of sunshine?
