An insurance requirement represents an infringement.

“...SHALL not be infringed.”

One would think the way the lefties try to curb 2A rights at every turn that the 2A actaully read “shall be infringed”.

“An insurance requirement represents an infringement.”

So, when a thug breaks into your house, breaks open your safe, steals your guns, and then shoots someone in a robbery with your gun, you are sued. This sounds like a slip and fall lawyer’s dream come true.

An insurance requirement represents an infringement.
