This weeks memes
- Our saviors, The One and the patriotic and caring Democrats, have passed the economic stimulus which will fix everything
- Republicans (all but 3 of them) are evil, hate people and are unpatriotic - they have caused all of our nation's (and the world's) problems
- Opposition to the stimulus bill was orchestrated by right wing talk radio - they must be stopped from spreading their lies
- Democrats now control the economy and they will command businesses to perform as they wish - they have a 5 year plan and will punish anyone who doesn't cooperate (or give them big donations)
- In the era of Obama basketball is now the
most only important sport

Maxine Waters???
Sure you didn’t get that mixed up with SNL??ha.
Thanks, for the thread.

But, Axelrod saved his strongest condemnation for the man who held his job in the Bush White House: Karl Rove. Of Rove's criticism of Obama's economic stimulus plan, Axelrod said: "The last thing that I think we are looking for at this juncture is advice on fiscal integrity or ethics from Karl Rove -- anyone who's read the newspapers for the last eight years would laugh at that."Jaw dropping, is it not! No one has ever proved that Karl Rove violated any ethical principles. The Barky administration is a collection of thugs and liars. No comparison.

From the “Meet The Press” Agenda - The Solvency Solution; For Obama, the key to recasting the stimulus debate may be a commitment to fiscal discipline.
Fat chance on this eventuality. The Dems have complete and utter control over the Checkbook and they are racing to use it to cement their position for generations to come. I think they will be successful :-(

I see McCain and Graham couldn’t bear to let another week pass without a visit to their sycophant press.
You do an awsome job putting this together for us every week.. thank you.
To: Bahbah
The Barky administration is a collection of thugs and liars.Chicago politics 101.
It's also Saul Alinsky's tactics in action.
It's hard to believe but Bill Clinton is beginning to look good (in comparison only, mind you).
I'm betting that a meme will spring up over the next few months that maybe George Bush wasn't so bad after all. And by the election next year let's hope that most Americans are in the mood to go back to divided government.

Thanks for the preview. It’s better than the shows will be for sure. Interesting Juan Williams clip, but that annoying O’Reilly dismissed his comments.

I think I know how they'll handle this and it reminds me of a joke:
Q: How many Microsoft employees does it take to change a light bulb?
A: None. They declare dark a standard.
The Democrats will pass a law (or Obama will issue an edict) that declares the deficit doesn't count (under a Democrat administration).

The 2006 election had a campaign theme of Republican corruption.
The 2008 election had a campaign theme of Republican big spenders.
Both times voters bought these themes and voted out Republicans.
Both of these themes were all about perception, fantasies, and outright lying to the public.
I do not see enough voters changing their pattern, based on my close association with living in a city and state dominated by the Democrat party. Voters continue to believe the lies about Republicans.

thanks for doing this "P".
Looks like the real pres. Axeldork is making the rounds. The ongoing never-ending campaign requires that the official spin be given to what a wonderful stimuli we have just received. I feel stimulated how bout the rest of you. EExcuse me while I rush to the little boys room.

Theme and diversion IMHO.
The rats know we are hot on the trail of Barky the big spender and his minions and it won't take to much more of a "stimulus" to lose about 100 seats in 2010.
They need to divert our attention so they start in with why don't we jail the former adm. Just a diversion. The dumbest of the rats will follow suit and it will have a life of itself in not time.
Also gives the DBM something else to look into rather than Barky's stimulating spending spree.
We are up against true pros and they know how to turf their way to success, commie style.

Voters continue to believe the lies about Republicans.Because the Republicans don't have the courage to stand up and refute the lies.
Cowards, all.
