Anti-gun advocates are working hard to have S1774 considered in the New Jersey Senate as early as next week. This bill would prohibit law-abiding citizens who have already undergone an extensive criminal background check from purchasing more than one handgun within a 30-day period. This anti-freedom bill places arbitrary limits on our Second Amendment rights and would set a dangerous precedent.

Please contact your State Senator TODAY and respectfully urge them to oppose this unwarranted and unjustified attack on our Second Amendment freedoms.

Well . . .I look at it this way. With all of these gun laws popping up all over, we are likely to get some definitive guidance from SCOTUS on the issue and put most, if not all of it, to rest. It’ll be a few years but I would certainly expect them to take some of these.
If they can limit you to one gun a month they can limit you to one gun a lifetime.
Or zero guns, for that matter.

New Joisey is lost
Whats next? Beer rations?
They’re chipping away at NO GUNS for anyone but criminals.
If they can limit you to one gun, they can limit your life....period!
Who is in charge is the question.
Apparently it's not "We The People".
I happen to know that Corzine’s senior counsel is an anti gun extremist.
Heaven forbid! (as I take another sip of Shiner Bock).
Try the new shiner black.
Is nectar from heaven!

Do you mean the “100”?
It’s pretty good.
Even the same ol’ Bock (which I have in my hand, and yes, it does make typing difficult) has put a 100 year logo on it.
The Christmas brew, which came and left far too quickly, was great.
They put out one of their anniversary brews that they brought back. I don’t remember the number, but it was like Guiness without the afterbite. Pretty good.....pretty good...
sorry, I missed the photo. Yes sireeebob, that is good stuff!
Yes the old “97”.
I e-mailed Shiner to say that one’s a keeper!
I wonder if it is smart to start buying ammunition incognito now?
Is it too early for them to track purchases? lol.
Hint: But during the hunting season to avoid suspicion.
We have had the one-gun-a-month law here in Maryland for almost a decade, and our crime rate is as bad or worse than it was before the law. It’s not about crime prevention, it’s just a nibble-at-the-edges form of gun control. They keep nibbling and nibbling until the cookie is all gone.
I find it highly ironic that the same people who cry foul when you try to put any rational limit on abortion such as parental notification or late-term/partial birth bans find no problem with similar infringements on the second amendment.
As the bumper sticker says, “What part of “Shall not be infringed” don’t you understand?”
Odd, but depending on where I buy ammo, they may or may not “walk” me up to the front counter. I am thinking they are getting me on film.
Then again, maybe I’m getting paraniod.........
I need to remember to buy in cash instead of debit/credit card/check.
Anyone in NJ, forget about your legislatures, move away!
