We need to publish these judges names far and wide.

Let folks know who they are, and where to send the notes of appreciation when family members die or are seriously injured.

Crime is going to go through the roof in CA as soon as the word spreads that they’re soft on criminals.

Oh, well, at least they did it tentatively.

No doubt. I had to call my mom and tell her. Maybe they can release all the thugs into San Francisco where they don’t own guns, and are responsible for putting these leftist judges in power.
If there is overcrowding, I am sure Arpaio would be more than happy to build another fence and stuff all the extras into his fine facilities. Comes with a free pink suit, and their own monogrammed (Maricopa County Sheriff) shovel.

Stick those judges in prison. That will relieve the “overcrowding”.

I guess you're virtually correct.

Because the economy is humming along SO well as to absorb these fine, rehabilitated folk into the work force.

Put them in halfway houses...on the same street where the judges live. It's the only "fair" thing to do with idiot judges. We spent big money to capture, convict and incarcerate the criminals to keep civil society safe. These jackasses want to release them.

It’s going to be interesting to see how many of the ‘without parole’ folks hit the streets early.

And for all the folks blaming the federal judges - put the blame where it belongs - the Democrat AG, the democrat controlled legislature, and the Kennedy controlled Governor’s office.

We need to publish these judges names far and wide.

Henderson and Reinhardt's names have been published, over and over, as the whackiest of judges out there:

The panel consists of U.S. District Judges Thelton Henderson of San Francisco and Lawrence Karlton of Sacramento and Judge Stephen Reinhardt of the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. When its ruling becomes final, the state can appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Let the judges host these prisoners in their own homes.

I’m not familiar with Henderson, but Mr. Ripston is well known to me.

Henderson is known mostly for being the guy wrecking havoc on California prisons:

What/who is Ripston?
