February 12, 1999 was the day social conservatism died in America.
On that bitter day, President Bill Clinton was acquitted in his impeachment trial. The United States Senate determined that his perjury and obstruction of justice in the Monica Lewinsky scandal did not warrant his removal from office; the Senates view was shared by two-thirds of the American people. With that decision, traditional American morality bit the dust.
Four days after Clintons acquittal, the late Paul Weyrich wrote an open letter to the American conservative movement in which he declared:
Cultural Marxism is succeeding in its war against our culture. The question becomes, if we are unable to escape the cultural disintegration that is gripping society, then what hope can we have? Let me be perfectly frank about it. If there really were a moral majority out there, Bill Clinton would have been driven out of office months ago. It is not only the lack of political will on the part of Republicans, although that is part of the problem. More powerful is the fact that what Americans would have found absolutely intolerable only a few years ago, a majority now not only tolerates but celebrates. Americans have adopted, in large measure, the MTV culture that we so valiantly opposed just a few years ago, and it has permeated the thinking of all but those who have separated themselves from the contemporary culture.

Yep.
10-4!
One of the big factors that helped Clinton to win an “acquittal” was the bogus tabloid story about the “black love child” that surfaced before the Senate vote. It was phony and ridiculous, and it helped Clinton tremendously.
I had forgotten all about it...
I always thought that story was Carville’s handiwork.
But then, he runs around the world giving speeches and making millions.
I still see no evidence that anyone has a PLAN to keep Obama from achieving his primary goal: Bringing the United States to an END.
Original article and mugshot at: http://www.apbonline.com/911/1999/01/11/williams0111_1.html CLINTON PATERNITY HOAXER HAS CRIMINAL RECORD Rap Sheet of 63 Items Since 1982 Jan. 11, 1999 By Matthew Waite LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (APB) -- Bobbie Ann Williams, the woman behind the bogus claim that President Clinton fathered her child 13 years ago, has been well-known to her hometown police department -- under four different names and for involvement in various kinds of crime. In fact, the divorced Williams is scheduled to appear in Little Rock Municipal Court Feb. 10 on charges related to the alleged abduction of her daughter from a local elementary school in September. Little Rock Police Department records show that the 39-year-old has been charged with 63 misdemeanors and felonies, starting with a robbery charge in 1982 and ending in the current abduction charges. During that time, she has told police her name was Shirley Jones, Bobbie Ann Morgan, Bobbie Ann Williams and Bobbie Morgan Williams. Williams' name started appearing in the national news after her 13-year-old son, Danny, signed with the tabloid Star to have a DNA paternity test performed. She claimed that Clinton fathered the child after he paid her to have sex. DNA tests reveal sham It was widely reported today that the DNA test results showed that Williams' paternity claimswere a hoax. APB News was unsuccessful in its attempts to contact Williams. Family members here in Little Rock said her whereabouts is unknown. In Williams' criminal history, there have been four charges for prostitution, the last in 1993, and three more prostitution-related charges: one for patronizing prostitution in 1995 and two for loitering for prostitution in 1988 and 1994. She was found guilty on all of the charges. Other arrests include one arrest for drug possession, one for theft by receiving and several other misdemeanors. Abduction in custody fight In her most recent run-in with police, Williams was charged with interference with custody, a felony, after she and two other women allegedly took her then-10-year-old daughter, Versie Starmisty Williams, from her elementary school in west Little Rock. Juvenile investigators later determined the abduction was part of a custody dispute with Williams' ex-husband, Danny Lee Williams, 45. School officials said Danny Williams came to the school to pick up his daughter. At the same time, three women, including Bobbie Williams, came to the school, officials said. A police report said there was a disturbance between Danny and Bobbie Williams, then the three women grabbed the girl and ran from the school. Officials said the girl cried as the women led her across the street. Late that night, police returned the girl to her foster home and arrested Bobbie Williams on a charge of interfering with custody. She has since pleaded innocent to the charge. Although she is scheduled to appear in municipal court next month, police note that they would not be surprised if she did not show. Williams has been convicted for failing to appear in court 17 previous times. Matthew Waite is an APB correspondent in Little Rock, Ark. (mwaite@justicemail.com).
She claimed that Clinton fathered the child after he paid her to have sex.
It is clear that Bill Clinton would go as far as raping a woman before he would actually pay for it.
Yes, he raped at least one, and possibly more. On other occasions, he would just drop his pants and demand sex. The Paula Jones case got the impeachment effort started in earnest, then the Juanita Broaddrick case influenced enough votes in the House of Representatives to get the Articles of Impeachment ratified.
Then the bogus Danny Williams story emerged and the Senate trial came unraveled, in Clinton’s favor.

I believe it. Listen particularly to the last line the guy says.
Wish I still had the jpeg of that kid! His features were absolutely Klintonian! I was quite surprised when the DNA report came in...
I forgot to add that to this day I’m still skeptical about the results of that DNA result! It looked like the mother was paid off to disappear. She was gone in a FLASH!
The David Fromms and apparently also the Peggy Noonan's of the neoconservative and conservative movement have advised the Republican Party to abandon social conservatives. Often, the advice is couched in terms of a person-shun Sarah Palin. This is the counsel of myopia. If one's concern extends not further than our relationship with Israel or if one yearns no longer to be embarrassed at upper East side soirées, then one preaches against the Christian preachers. But if one is interested in finding a majority to protect this country against the depredations of the party of the Manchurian Marxist, one searches for a message which can be embraced by both social conservatives and libertarian fiscal conservatives.
We should not fall into the trap of assuming that things will always be as they are today. Social conservatism might be out of favor but these values could rapidly come back into favor as the economy turns sour.
My feeling for some time has been the left has successfully painted social conservatives into a corner on the wrong side of the liberty issue. I think we can both attack the excesses of the Obama regime and defend individual liberty from a social conservative perspective. I have no doubt that the regime will create a climate in which social conservatives can defend liberty in the eyes of the bulk of the American electorate while they defend their own values.
The woman who made the phony Danny Williams allegations was a career criminal with absolutely zero credibility. Her bogus charges caused the women who were real victims of Bill Clinton to lose their opportunity to see justice done.
She probably did get paid off by the tabloid newspaper, but she hasn’t disappeared. According to the court records, she was arrested again last year for aggrevated assault and public intoxication. She was also arrested in 2002 and 2004. I wouldn’t be surprised if she had several other arrests since she became a celebrity during the impeachment.
Thank you.
I didn’t intend for you to have to work looking it up.
No problem. That article needs to be on the Internet for future reference.
