HONDURAN RAPE-A-THON Another Honduran was charged with sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl August 2008 but Manuel A. Fajardo-Santos was able to post $75,000 bail......he remained in jail on a federal Customs and Immigration charge. Fajardo-Santos, a 30-year-old illegal alien, was to be deported to his native Honduras but the Morris County Prosecutor's Office stepped in and persuaded Superior Court Judge to reset the suspect's bail at $300,000 so potential deportation could be thwarted.

In Dec 2007, another sexual assault suspect from Honduras -- Carlos Ulloa-Murillo -- posted bail, was picked up by ICE and quickly deported. When ICE took him into custody, bail was set at $15,000 on the immigration detainer. Fajardo-Santos could have posted it and appeared at a later date for a deportation hearing or if he couldn't raise it, been confined until a deportation decision was made by a federal immigration judge......there is a jurisdictional quagmire between the state and federal laws, which in essence creates a legal loophole for defendants to easily jump through." ICE spokesman Harold Ort said the agency must abide by federal immigration laws but is committed to cooperatively working with the state AG's Office and local L/E.. Rep. Rodney P. Frelinghuysen (R-NJ)--- incensed over the deportation of Ulloa-Murillo -- said he would draft legislation to fix the "communication gap" that enabled that defendant's removal from this country.

What a shame that some people don’t consider any crime horrendous enough for the death penalty.

We live in a sick world. This Honduran is not the only sick person....and Obama has appointed the anti-life PORN PROTECTOR, David Ogden, to work in the Justice Department (Deputy Attorney General).

Sick indeed!

America now gets the cream of the crop in respect to immigrants.

What we end up with are the undesirables from nations south of our border who rape and kill our kids, rob our businesses and cause our car wrecks.

This is disgusting and another indication that our country's so-called leaders are a threat to our health!

And another thing:

Sentenced to life for this piece of pond scum means that it will cost approximately $3 million to house and feed this b-stard!

New Jersey, in all of their infinite wisdom, abolished the death penalty about a year ago. First they created a commission of about 10 members to study the matter. Then they loaded up the commission with anti-death penalty people. In fact, I believe only one member of the commission had come out as being pro-death penalty. After a through review a report was issued recommending it's repeal.

You know now that I think of it, what does it really matter. If you haven't put any one to death since 1963 what difference does it make if you have a death penalty statute on the books if you're not going to use it? This is one of the reasons I admire Texas. Why should a piece of trash like this be breathing?

No mention of the fact that this piece of garbage was an illegal alien. You might have to go here to find that out.

I am extremely familiar with this case. I was a volunteer at an after-school program in Morristown when this occurred, and many of the kids were classmates of the victim. These kids were traumatized, confused, and unsettled, second-hand victims. I'm usually not a fan of prison rape as de facto punishment, but this guy is certainly deserving of it. I hope they put him in the general population in prison, and that he gets what he deserves--Karmic Justice.

With the way this is going, it is more like the perp
will be given a high-level Washington DC job, or a judgeship in Massachusetts.

Where did this “day laborer” get bail money?

Even the 10% he had to get up is a lot of money for a working class American.

This scum is probably riding the US govt gravy train-—has several ID’s-—sucking up all all kinds of bennies-—on the backs of US taxpayers.

Some drug cartel most probably. For "favors" later inside/outside of prison.

FR POSTED I directly witnessed Hispanics ‘coach’ other Hispanics on what to say to California census takers ..... to inflate Hispanic numbers at the address, to make up names or refer to Hispanics living elsewhere as living at that address. An Hispanic PhD candidate at a research foundation saif that it was to gain more budget and representation for Hispanics. That was 19 years ago. I learned later that the this game was occurring in all Hispanic communities throughout the West.........providing false information to a census taker is a violation of federal and state law. Read on..........

CONG TOM TANCREDO: “I’ll never forget a conversation I had two years ago in Mexico with Juan Hernandez, who headed up the newly created Ministry of Mexicans Living in the United States.

Hernandez is a very interesting fellow, a dual citizen of the United States and Mexico, and a good friend of presidents Bush and [Vicente] Fox [of Mexico].*

I asked Hernandez about the purpose of the government agency he heads, since I had never heard of such a thing. He said its purpose is to increase the flow of Mexican nationals to the United States. I asked, “Why?”

"It serves Mexico’s needs," he said, and ticked off a list of such things as remittances to Mexico of $10 billion a year, which is 30 percent of the Mexican GDP. It provides employment for an exploding population, it alleviates social instability due to rising unemployment and it provides training for Mexicans, ultimately repatriating those skills back to Mexico.

I responded to his final aim – repatriation of trained and skilled Mexicans back into Mexico – and asked, ‘’Then your government would oppose amnesty for the illegal Mexicans in the United States?’’

He cried, ‘’Oh no! We support amnesty totally.’’ I replied, ‘’I don’t understand.’’ I assured him that if amnesty were in effect in the United States, then Mexicans would never return.

He then said something riveting: "By populating the United States with millions of Hispanics who are tied economically, politically and linguistically to Mexico, we are able to exert enormous influence and pressure on U.S. policy and its dealings with Mexico.’’

How many were illegal aliens? How many of them should have never been here?
