Lathrup Village, MI (LifeNews.com) -- An abortion practitioner in Michigan and his chain of abortions businesses were given probation on Wednesday in a case involving the illegal dumping of patient records. Last year, members of a local pro-life group found biohazard waste and medical records at the Womancare abortion business.
But but but I thought the right to abortion was all about “privacy”?
They may have gotten away with a slap on the hands by the judge but it was also a HIPPA violation with potential fines of $500 per instance by the Federal Govt if they get wind of it....and are inclined to fine them.
It’s ok to throw babies in the dumpster, but not files.
Give me a break!!
