Recently on FR I saw an article about Alaska Sarah Palin where some of the Government officials were slamming her, so I wrote them emails.
I wrote the folling to AK State Representative David Guttenberg (D):
Rep. Guttenberg,
I am writing you in regards to these comments reported by the Associated Press regarding Governor Sarah Palin.
"I think her speech was not directed to us but right over our heads to a national audience," said Rep. David Guttenberg, D-Fairbanks, who remembers a much different Palin from just six months ago.
This comment wreaks of democrat paranoia, and plays out the ongoing leftwing ploy to demonize Sarah Palin and other possible Republican contenders for future Presidential runs.
Actually, the National audience NEEDS to hear from some one with some common sense and American values, as there are none...NONE...coming out of Washington these days. Rewind your memory banks - up to and including obama - and tell me one Governor, or any politician, with higher aspirations and tell me to whom they are talking while making speeches.
"There were days when she walked around the building with (her daughter) Piper, handing out bagels. I think those days are gone." Gutenberg added.
There goes that democrat entitlement mentality, the Governor stops handing out freebies and now the negativity starts.
It seems that you, Beth Kerttula and Bert Stedman all have an axe to grind about the Governor, but the rest of us in the lower 48 love her and wish we had a governor like her.
So, I would like you all to stop being "nattering nabobs of negativity" and start supporting your Governor...we do.

Wow. Alaska is cold in more ways than one. It’s tough to oppose an obvious winner such as Sarah. Some people are far more threatened by a governor with integrity than with an empty suit.
This joker is a fruit loop from New York. He’s into sculpting, painting and gardening. Whew.
WOW...that’s unbelievable...you would think they would atleast send some kind of template response but that is just...i don’t know...outrageous?

She has the potential to make terrific inroads among regular voter folks in the lower 48, and above.
The current slamming of Palin is underway 24/7 by the MSM!

I don’t know who this clown is but if he wants Sarah out of Alaska he’ll only have to wait til 2012.
After that she’ll have a new WHITE HOUSE in DC...
