The child’s mother, Amy, heard her little boy chewing and choking on the condom and tried to get it out of his mouth, but he had already “ingested the contents ” the lawsuit stated.

So is there any evidence other than the mother's allegations that the boy actually swallowed a used condom?

The condom was probably the mother’s boyfriend’s from the night before. I know it says ‘family’, but curiously the boy’s father is not mentioned.

It says he swallowed the CONTENTS, not the condom.

So, the mother thinks she has a lawsuit, which is BS. The state should take her kid away since she obviously doesn't watch him. Most mothers would at least check the room out before letting a toddler, who's every waking moment is spent trying to put things in their mouths at that age, crawl around unsupervized eating who knows what. Good thing there weren't any narcotics laying around.

I’m not sure that I believe the mother’s story. How do we know that the kid ingested the contents of the condom, before the mother pulled it out of his mouth?
