A criticism of this article I would make is that the article named the Democrat who backed the pro-life amendment, but didn’t name and shame the pro-abortion Republicans who backed the majority.

For the record, they were:

Collins (R-ME)
Murkowski (R-AK)
Snowe (R-ME)
Specter (R-PA)

Finally, the Jihadist have a legitimate complaint on the US- we export the terror of abortion and kill the babies of Islam. I wonder how many American will die because of this careless policy?

I'm so glad the senate has gotten right to work on passing useful legislation.

Shameful.

The Republican defectors are highly significant, because they allowed the pro-abortion majority to reach the 60-vote total needed to accomplish anything in the Senate.

I would like to know what this will cost taxpayers. Does anyone have access to factual figures? With all of our problems do we need to be funding the killing of babies around the world? I have a great problem with this!
