Wilders should be prosecuted, says court (FITNA Islam Video)

MP Geert Wilders, who leads the anti-immigration PVV party, should be prosecuted for discrimination and inciting racial hatred, Amsterdam's appeal court ruled on Wednesday.
'This is a black day for me and for freedom of speech,' Wilders told the Telegraaf on Wednesday. 'I had not expected it [this ruling].'
The public prosecution department has received dozens of complaints about Wilders' anti-Islam film Fitna and his statements in the media over the past few years.
But at the end of June last year, the department said it did not have enough grounds to prosecute him and that a healthy legal system should allow plenty of leeway to people involved in political debate.

I almost daren't comment!
The minute Judges outlaw speaking your feelings, then that is the time when People are being oppressed.
The absolute irony is how anti-fascists are becoming the new fascists!
The death of 'Free Speech'?

The only thing preventing this, the final stage of Liberal Tyranny from occurring in the US is the Constitution.
Given what Liberal judges have succeeded in doing to the constitution, however, US Conservatives shouldn’t feel complacent. The outlawing of even expressing traditionalist and conservative sentiment is the final goal of Liberals everywhere.
Ever hear liberals disapprove strenuously against the ever-expanding reach of hate-speech legislation in Europe or Canada? Exactly.

“The absolute irony is how anti-fascists are becoming the new fascists!”
A more apt comparison is calling them the “new Communists”. Which is especially striking, as we are often even speaking of the same people who advanced Communism during the Cold War.

There is a big misunderstatement about “fascism” which has a rough meaning.
In many cases it is the Socialism which led to “fascism”!
Hitler and Mussolini came from the left...National-Socialism is a form of Socialism.
One should never forget the early alliance between Hitler and Stalin in the beginning of WW2
Anti-fascism has been a tool for Socialists.
As well anti-racism is hiding a new racism....

Lawyer Haroon Raza, one of those who asked the court of appeal for its position, points to the 'massive social unrest' which Wilders has generated and says this is why he should be prosecuted.Of course there's been no social unrest generated by the Islamofascists.

"Its still amazing to me to watch an entire continent commit cultural suicide in the space of my brief lifetime."
Me too, I don't recognise some aspects of Britain, the past decade has been incredibly disconcerting for Conservatives in Britain.
I think this whole situation with dictators forcing a global Socialist ideology will inevitably end in conflict, history dictates that.
When one adds the vehemently oppressive ambitions of radical Islam's regards to Democratic unity, it's an unmanageable recipe for disaster. One that talking and compromise is ill equipped to deal with.
The new 'Liberals', are as oscars300 said, the new Communists.
The new 'Communists' of Europe are they very same ilk of people, that stood alongside Adolf Hitler with guns, except this time, they're spreading that same dictatorial ideology with pens, paper and law. Subterfuge is a deceptive thing.
What amazes me is how the 'Right Wing Political View' is always associated with War and oppression, when it's always been far left Socialist/Communist ideology that's been responsible for more death and destruction in the World than any other movement.

As long as the killing is done under the banner of “progress”, the intellectuals will look the other way. Or join in themselves.

It's a shame that extremes of opinion seem to dominate Politics now, especially here in Europe.
Whilst I hate the Communists for amongst other things, destroying people's identity and beliefs, I also hate aspects of the extreme right, definitely some opinions opinions on Human migration.
Either way, the normal people, who are peaceful and would like to assimilate into other Cultures lose out.
Both the Left and Right persuasions of Politics have assured that. Currently, IMO all Politicans stink!

The thing is this will only get Wilders more voters and I doubt they can really convict him. But this shows what kind of fake democracy the Netherlands is.

Maybe Wilders needs to escape his fascist-minded country right now and emigrate to America where we have free speech and liberty and where this sort of politically correct persecution can't happen!
Oh, wait,... never mind. We just installed a new ruler...er...President, and we know where he and his Administration stands.
Forget it Geert. You're on your own now, buddy!

“Extremes of opinion” really don’t dominate Europe. Rather, it is the “middle-of-the-road” multiculturalist extremists that dominate politics utterly.
The right (far and otherwise) as this story can attest, is marginalized, or even criminalized.
As for human migration, third world immigration into Europe has been a disaster for the continent. That isn’t a matter of ideology, just the fact on the ground.

As for human migration, third world immigration into Europe has been a disaster for the continent. That isnt a matter of ideology, just the fact on the ground.
Absolutely.
The immigration we've had into Europe over the past decade has been institutionally forced, Only now, when it's becoming too late for a simple solution are the people of Europe starting to wake up.
Nationalists are absolutely, openly criminalised, with Police and other agencies legally bound to reject Nationalists, and other companies voluntarily so.
This has never had a legal challenge here in Britain, and some say wouldn't stand up to one neither. Either way, opinion is shifting incredibly quickly towards the right, so a legal challenge might not be needed.
I can tell you that the Conservative Party is concerned that a shift to the right may pass them by, as they have increasingly shifted to the Left over a few decades.
During our campaigns, we often hear it from constituents, and amongst Conservative Party Assistants.
Classic political boundaries in Britain are no longer valid, our NULAB Communist party are writing their own rules as they go along, it's irrelevant to try and categorise them as right or left, they are just pure Communists with a hate for their motherland! They want a World commune, hence their stance on flooded immigration.
