"Well, again, we're wondering here whether or not Barack Obama in fact is the president of the United States," Chris Wallace told Fox News viewers, well over an hour after Obama had taken the oath of office today.
Fox News replayed the swearing-in moment when President Obama and Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. each bobbled the words to the constitutional oath. "They had a kind of garbled oath," Wallace said.
"It's just conceivable that this will end up going to the courts," Wallace speculated.

As spoken by Roberts, ‘faithfully’ modifies the phrase ‘that I will execute the Office of President of the United States’ ... which is exactly what the affirmative action poseur is doing.

I read an article yesterday mentioning three attorneys who say they ‘refuse to resign’ as they are in the process of prosecuting people.
Don’t know how that works as we know Clinton fired a bunch.

One of President Clinton’s very first official acts upon taking office in 1993 was to fire every United States attorney then serving — except one, Michael Chertoff, now Homeland Security secretary but then U.S. attorney for the District of New Jersey, who was kept on only because a powerful New Jersey Democrat, Sen. Bill Bradley, specifically requested his retention.
You forgot the 20th Amendment, Section 1.

a “stumble” has a cause. I suggest a common one that people don’t think about. The mind works directly in these matters and you can’t deny he has guilty or suspect knowledge about the president’s qualifications. So if you don’t mind, that what makes sense to me.
Power Transfers to whomever takes the Oath, it doesn't override Section 2 of the Constitution it just sets the time and clarifies who is eligible to take the oath.

Actually, that’s precisely what amendments do. They override existing parts of the constitution. That’s what they’re there for.
As I said, Obama could have flipped everyone the bird and he’d still be president. And America wouldn’t had to suffer through another one of his overrated speeches, too.

They don’t contradict any existing parts; if they did, they’d override them. They’re amendments. They amend the constitution. They change it. That’s how the amendment process works.
I see so now you have changed your position from Override to ammend.
Good at least you are getting closer.
Now explain where the 20th Contradicts Article 2.
ANd before you do note the language in Article 2 of the Constitution Section One Paragrpah 8 is very specific wording. Before he enter on the Execution of his Office he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation.
The 20th is worded thusly: The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.
In other words the 20th sets the time limits when the term of office begins and ends. Article two section one paragraph 8, tells the world before he can begin the Execution of the Office of POTUS one must take the oath.
They don't contradict each other.
BTW Obama retook the Oath.
