I know lots of people that rinse their mouths out with ethanol based liquids on a very frequent bases. They have never used Scope in their lives. They seem to have more liver problems that oral cancer problems.

I could never stand the taste of most mouthwash, but I found a non-alcohol brand called The Natural Dentist which not only has a nice taste, but my hygienist said it has improved my gum health.
