he was paid about $30 million a year since he left the Clinton Admin as vice chairman.

Nice how Rubin, Emmanuel, Gorelnick and other Clinton Obama cronies made tens of millions EACH and wiped out Citicorp, Fannie, Freddie and others. They all should be in jail under Sarbanes Oxley and federal fraud laws.

Gorelnick also gets extra credit for 9/11.

Funny how the real-world private sector has a way of cutting through the hagioraphic MSM distortion of Rubin. I recall the MSM constantly saying that Rubin was a genius.

I’d like to see any one of those “geniuses” actually make a product that the world can use, market it and make a profit equal to what the US Government will pay them in their new jobs rather than just take money from those who do and simply move it around. Someone should remind them that that is how the economy really works.

I’ll bet he gets a going away package of $100 million and within 6 months he’ll turn up on the Obama staff somewhere...Special Economic Czar or something.

Frog-marched in leg-irons or merely escorted out?

Now he’ll be able to devote all his time to the Obama Administration-— and do to America what he did to Citigroup...

The financial sector provides a valuable service, and the more “productive” sectors of the economy couldn’t survive without it.

Trust me, I realize that. But I'm a business person surrounded by ivory tower residents, one who is pictured on that cover, who's minions offer incorrect financial advice on a daily basis, who contrived derivatives, pushed subprime mortgage vehicles, ignored the abuses at FNMA and Freddie, etc. with no regard to economic fundamentals that were being mishandled on Capitol Hill. There is a massive disconnect between these economists’ theories and the realities on Main Street, and their interference has only made them richer and the rest of us poorer.

There is quite a pattern forming......

But it's always said it's Bush's fault (no matter what the issue is) while the RAT slugs slither away.
