I’d like to see a real conservative president...something that eliminates the Bush clan.

Her name is Sarah.

Jeb could have been a better president than GW. But, I am against this. The country will not elect another Bush.
There are other real conservative leaders out there - we must nominate one of them.
The perception of Jeb as the Republican candidate would be devastating.

Hell No To George P. (Jeb’s son.) too even if he’s young, handsome and Hispanic as you say.

A Bush is a Bush is a Bush. A family of globalist liberals.

So outa about 40 comments so far, a good 25-30 solidly against ever having another Bush in the WH.

Guess we know what his legacy is now!

And this is going on on a conservative forum.

Fool me once...

Jeb may well have made a better President than his older brother. The problem is that I don’t think America would stand for a third Bush. Personally, I think America will be better off if both the Bushes and the Clintons stay far away from the White House for anything but a visit.

Sorry Jeb, your older brother blew if for ya—life ain’t always fair.

Agreed. And I would add Rudy and Mitt to the list of candidates who would lead us down the road to nowhere.

watching one son get the heck beat out of him for 8 years wasn’t enough?

I've had enough of seeing the country get the heck beaten out of it by the Bushes.

Jindal, is not natural born.

Piyush Jindal (pronounced /ˈdʒɪndəl/) was born on June 10, 1971 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Baton Rouge is not in the United States?

His parents weren't citizens at the time, that's true. But they were in the US legally.

Ergo, Jindal is a natural-born American citizen. By any interpretation of the Constitution.

Of course he would say that. Bill Clinton would say he would like to see Chelsea Clinton be president or senator- already has in fact

Unfortunately Bush 41/43 and their cavalier meekness in the face of poltical rudeness and incivility toward them (and toward conservatives in general) has led to “BDS” and probably permanently damaged the “brand” - ie, Bush family name

No more Bushes for me, but the problem is Jeb could win his way to the nomination similar to his fellow RINO McCain. Blue states that will never vote for the Republican nominee can choose our nominee with only a little help from a few Red states, or the least Red states.

If conservatives do not rally around one candidate in 2012 very soon, they might again split the conservative vote and hand the nomination to Jeb or some other RINO.

As a one time huge Shrubbery, NO MORE BUSHES, please! After the spending spree and Dubya abandoning conservatism, I have just had enough.

I remember when people speculated that W would another Reagan.

I was one of them.

Rush assured us that W was a conservative. W led the largest expansion of government spending ever.

We need a real conservative who is not afraid to call a community organizer what he is.
