McCain is not going to live that long.

I didn't say McCain. I said a "McCain-like" candidate, of which there are many in the republican party.

JEB's Wife:

Columba Bush (born August 17, 1953) is the wife of former Florida Governor Jeb Bush and the sister-in-law of President George W. Bush.

Bush was born as Columba Garnica Gallo in León, Guanajuato, Mexico, where she grew up and attended high school. Her parents were Jose Maria Garnica, a migrant worker, and Josefina (or Josephina) Gallo. She met Jeb Bush in 1971 in León, where he was teaching English as part of a foreign exchange program. They were married on February 23, 1974, in Austin, Texas.[1] The couple have three children: George P. Bush, Noelle Bush, and Jeb Bush, Jr.

In June 1999, she failed to declare the proper amount of valuables she had purchased on her trip abroad. She stated that she did not want her husband to know how much she had purchased.

She did not become a US Citizen Citizen until 1987

You’re more full o’ sh*t than a Christmas turkey.
You are a perfect example of what I said: "intellectually lazy".

Well we're just going to see now aren't we?

Tell me where I'm full of it:

With pleasure.

Did Reagan fight terrorism? No

Don't lie boy, liars go to Hell. Reagan most certainly did fight terrorism, and he fought terrorism, Communist terrorism in Central America, Islamofascist terrorism funded and directed by noneother than Muammar Gaddafi of Libya (or did you conveniently forget America bombing the Hell out of that Libyan goatmaster?)

Reagan all but sank the damn Iranian Navy with 'Operation Praying Mantis' in '88, while your limp-dicked hero George W Legacy has done nothing but talk about how we "will not allow Iran to obtain a nuclear weapon". No contrast between Reagan and GWB when it comes to Iran. Bush talks the talk, Reagan walked the walk. You want more about Reagan "not fighting terrorism"? Look up that mission in Grenada when we not only rescued those medical students but we nipped a Communist Cuban plot to seize Grenada in the bud. Compliments of President Ronald Wilson Reagan. And don't forget about Reagan fighting the Sandinista terrorists, who were seeking to turn El Salvador into another Cuba as well.

Now before any Reagan-bashing phuckwits start up with that lie about Reagan "running" from Lebanon after the Marine Barracks bombing, remember that our Marines were there as part of a multi-national force, and we (along with the British and French) were committed to peacekeeping operations. The barracks attack took place in late '83, the Marines were not relocated to offshore vessels until '84. And the terrorists (Druze and Syrian) paid dearly for that attack, after over 300 shells were fired in a 10 hours bombardment from the USS New Jersey into enemy positions in Lebanon, on orders of Reagan. Oh yeah 'gunslinger', sure sounds like he did nothing about terrorism.

And don't forget that it was Ronald Reagan who put the biggest terrorist operation in global history out of business, and that was the Soviet Union, because you apparently don't remember that it was Reagan who won the damn Cold War.

But now let's take a look at your boy George:

In 2001, he proclaims the existence of that 'Axis of Evil', i.e., Iraq, Iran and North Korea. We overthrow Saddam, and here we are 7 years later after that ominous Axis-of-Evil speech, and Iran is all but nuclear capable, and North Korea is still playing it's games and has NOT given up it's nuclear programs.

And what has Bush done? Well, he's been running his mouth about Iran, and he's clearly authorized Condi Rice to keep babbling about 'Six Party Talks' in regards to North Korea. To sum it all up, it's a big fat ZERO.

So don't you even try that 'Reagan didn't fight terrorism' bullshit, that's the same basic tactic that the dearly departed RudyBots tried during the GOP primary season, when they would sneer and make false accusations about Reagan, all for the purpose of elevating and enhancing their idol, Mayor Rudy (and their lies usually went something along the line of 'well, Reagan was divorced, just like Rudy' when the two situations were as different as night and day).

We'll sum up your lie about Reagan 'not fighting terrorists' with a simple "that dog won't hunt".

Now we're cookin'...

Did W lower tax rates? Yes

Did W spend money like a drunken sailor, and failed to veto even ONE spending bill? YES, in fact his first veto was on a stem cell bill, and that was in 2006. Up until that point, Bush never saw a spending bill that he couldn't enthusiastically put his signature on. So much for conservative fiscal restraint.

Was the middle W years the best statistically? Yes

Afraid to talk about the latter years? Statistics mean nothing now, not after multi-billion dollar bailouts for Bush's "No Banker Left Behind" Act. Nice try, but "bzzzt", wrong answer.

Was Fannie/Freddie a Dem debacle? Yes

What did George W. Bush do about that 'debacle' on his watch prior to FNMA circling the drain? Answer? Nothing.

Did refusal-to-drill hurt our economic expansion? Yes

Irrelevant at this point. Bush could have exercised executive authority by use of a national security finding if he had the spine to do it, and could have had drills ventilating ANWR like swiss cheese. Your boy's problem is that he wanted to be liked by his 'Rat adversaries, and he was more than willing to screw his own Party, and the rest of America in order to 'change the tone in Washington'. We can see how that worked out now, how about you?

How about it Einstein? What's your response?

You're getting it wise ass, and we're not done yet either.

1.) Border security. George W. Bush has failed to secure our borders, not after 9/11, not after 14 million+ illegals spent the past 7 years robbing, raping and murdering American citizens while George kissed the ass of the open borders crowd, and pushed amnesty for those criminals (remember "see y'all at the signing"?). And need I mention the national security aspect of Bush's border failure? He pushes the creation of a massive Homeland Security infrastructure for the purpose of putting the government's nose up everyone's collective ass, while allowing our southern border to remain porous for any terrorists that might want to cross into our Nation. And when two Border Patrol Agents do their jobs, his 'dear friend' corrupt prosecutor Johnny Sutton railroads those two Agents into federal prison after working out a sweetheart plea deal for the dope smuggler they were pursuing.

2.) You want more? "No Child Left Behind", this wasteful boondoggle has done nothing to improve public education, has gobbled up billions of dollars, increased government interference in local school systems, and no conservative in their right mind could possibly defend that Bush debacle.

3.) How about "Roadmap to Peace"? Another abysmal Bush failure, the 'Roadmap' being noting but a blueprint for pushing Israel to give away more and more of it's land to it's enemies, in the foolish hope that at some point the terrorists will 'allow' Israel to exist in peace. Funny, sounds like Bush was endorsing the concept of bribing terrorists in his foolhardy 'Roadmap', but you probably see it as high statesmanship.

We can continue this all damn night pal, you can strap on those Bush kneepads as tight as you can get 'em but the fact is, Bush has more failures than successes, his failure to defend himself and his administration has allowed the Democrat Party to now control all THREE branches of government, and he stands as the epitome of RINOism, he was never any 'compassionate conservative', he wasn't even conservative and only the Bush-FlavorAid drinkers are unable to see it, and I suspect you've already guzzled gallons of the stuff.

But c'mon back 'Einstein', I got plenty for ya.

Well, “The Empire Strikes Back” was as good as the first ;-). However, I agree with most on this thread.

I wouldn’t mind seeing Jeb as a US Senator, but POTUS is probably a pipe dream for him and I don’t think I could support him. I’m not a big fan of dynasties myself.

Sorry...I misread.

It would still be the lesser of the two evils.

No way.

My best regards.

Wrong, he is a citizen only by a court decision. One that the supreme Court has ruled once one way and once the other. Citizenship and natural born are two different things. Natural born means one parent has to be a citizen. Neither were at the time of his birth and I think his mother never has been.

Jindal was born on U.S. soil. Baton Rouge Louisiana.

Tell us how that makes him other than a 'natural born' United States citizen.

Go read the constitution, and Jindal knows this, that is what he said he would never run for the office.

in reference to George P... Barbara has some wise words to her grandson.

When asked in 2003 about whether he planned to run for office himself, Bush replied that his grandmother, Barbara Bush, had advised that anyone thinking about entering politics should distinguish himself in some other field first: "Make a name for yourself, have a family, marry someone great, have some kids, buy a house, pay taxes, and do the things everyone also does instead of just running out and saying, 'Hey, I'm the nephew of or the son of or the grandson of...'."

Of course the Dems 2006 congressional victories and the subsequent Dem-led Fannnie/Freddie debacle

The peak of the fake run up in home value was in 2006. Now unless you got some retroactive time travel in mind you are out of your tree.

Former President George H.W. Bush said on Sunday he'd like to see his second son, Jeb, become President of the United States some day.

Hey, George - nothing against Jeb, personally, but h@ll will freeze over before I vote for another Bush, for anything. I'd rather choke on my own vomit & vote for McCaine again...

;>)
