Some Excerpts:
Hamas, despite its terrorism, isn't al Qaeda. A conflict-ending agreement with Israel will require a unified Palestinian house with Hamas included, agreeing to recognize Israel and end violence.
Third, Obama will need to flood Gaza with humanitarian aid and development assistance for the economy. Boycotting economic assistance for 1.5 million Palestinians in hopes of toppling or pressuring Hamas makes no sense. The United States must orchestrate, or at least participate in, a new economic initiative for Gaza, and it will need Israel's support for this.
Fourth, the administration should continue to support Abbas with economic aid, training for his security forces and political support. One additional way to help Abbas is to get Israel to stop its West Bank settlement activity, land confiscation and housing demolitions, which have nothing to do with its security.

“A conflict-ending agreement with Israel will require a unified Palestinian house with Hamas included, agreeing to recognize Israel and end violence.”
LOL. And that’s the whole problem even the messiah won’t be able to crack. No way the Pali’s agree that they won’t kill all the Jews. Or, if they agree, they will break the agreement.
Islamic imperialism has been a threat for much longer than a hundred years. Ask Spain about it sometime.

it will be interesting. if he gets to take office. Muslim in charge of the largest ally Israel has? Not sure we will continue being an ally.

Bullship-let their fellow muslims support them.
"Normally the patterns of history are reassuring. To hear of Tsarist Russia pressing for warm-water ports or 18th century England fighting hegemony on the continent or Ming China clashing with Japan over the fate of Korea is to feel a continuity, a comprehensibility, in human affairs. But in "The Jewish War" ( a History of the Jewish Revolt in AD 60 ) the shock of recognition is just a shock. Here, sixty generations ago, is nearly the same cast of characters engaged in exactly the same onsessive, vicious and fatal behaviour for the same terrifying reasons on the same cursed, reeking, ugly chunk of land." - The 2000 Year Old Middle East Policy Expert -PJ O'Rourke
I guess we’ll soon find out whether Obama’s passionate speech to AIPAC vowing unending support for Israel was genuine or just a publicity stunt.
More like 1500 years...
Well CNN has given Obama his marching orders.
Send humanitarian aid to Gaza ... well if that is what will keep the news papers off his back ....
Maybe they should send Michele Obama over to Palestine and Israel and she can tell them all “Barak will heal your souls”
???
No eh?
Bet that Hillary will be over there dodging sniper fire on day one to fix this mess that they have inherited!
No eh?
I got it!
Bushes fault!

Hey the majority of the Jewish in the U. S. voted for him. They can’t complain when the SHTF and he doesn’t care what happens to them.
I thought all he had to do was talk to them. I hope he does it personally. In Gaza.
