Holly, you obviously did not spend enough time around FR to understand the nature of the place. I'm truly sorry about your mother. That's tough for anybody. But, you must understand that the people who congregate here ae rugged individualists. We don't march to the same media generated drum as do the lost generation of liberals. Most of us have at one time or another come through hard times and grew some thick skin. Learn to see the humor in life my dear. Laughing at yourself is good for the soul. No one was attacking you personally. They were simply taking the opportunity to be witty and to laugh at their own silliness. Don't take it personally.
