Mubarak especially is often referred to as "Pharaoh" -- from an Islamic perspective, an extremely demeaning epithet, since Pharaoh in the Koran is the ultimate representative of infidelity, idolatry, and tyranny. "Calls in Iran to Topple Egyptian, Saudi Regimes," by Y. Mansharof for MEMRI, December 12:

Iran's attacks and accusations against Egypt and Saudi Arabia have recently intensified. In early December, Iran's leading conservative government dailies Kayhan and Jomhouri-ye Eslami accused the Egyptian and Saudi regimes of treason, and called on their peoples to topple their regimes. Kayhan editor Hossein Shariatmadari, who is close to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, praised Khaled Islambouli, the assassin of the late Egyptian president Anwar Al-Sadat, and called to follow his example.

At the same time, student demonstrations were held in Tehran, during which protesters called for killing Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and threw firebombs at the Egyptian interest office.

So, the Iranians continue to push the buttons in the Arab world. When we’re out of Iraq, I would think that both of these countries will have some serious problems anyway.

They have got to have nuclear weapons ready to go or about ready to go...they are really inciting a hotbed in the Middle East.

I keep hoping we’d take him seriously and bring the heat, but I guess they’ll get a pass and wave the bomb everytime they get a chance. Bush’s fault.

The Arab nations issued a joint statement:

“If the evil Zionist regime were to fly right over the border of Saudi Arabia and Iraq at night so that neither country has to take responsibility and then fly into Iran through that mountain pass ten miles north of Abadan where we know the Iranian radar isn’t working and then fly at low altitude at a southern approach into Teheran, thereby foiling the Iranian defenders, dropping a nuke on to Teheran, then secretly land to refuel at this abandoned base in Kuwait where we accidentally left the gas tank working and then flying back to Israel the way they came, it would be an outrage!”

The Saudis will try to renew their dormant nuke program if this keeps up. The West letting Iran go nuclear was pure dementia. We have the loonie libs to thank for this, too.

"Our response involves far more than instant retaliation and isolated strikes. Americans should not expect one battle, but a lengthy campaign, unlike any other we have ever seen. It may include dramatic strikes, visible on TV, and covert operations, secret even in success. We will starve terrorists of funding, turn them one against another, drive them from place to place, until there is no refuge or no rest."

The Saudi’s probably have nuclear weapons provided by the Pakastani’s...after all, It was the Saudi’s who financed the ‘Muslim Bomb’ through the BCCI Bank.
