Yep. Trillions for the moneychangers but zip for the proletariat. Elitism is alive and well in the U.S.

I’m watching/listening to CNBC right now and they are expecting Bush to bankroll the auto bailout from the TARP. I didn’t know that I voted for Vladimir Illyich Bush when I voted in 2000 and 2004.

GOOD! There should not be loan to the union since they are responsible along with the stupid management for the problem. Just how many millions does the union chief make? and how many hundreds of millions were given to the Democrat party last election that should have been put aside for the union members.
Rework the companies so they can make cars that they can sell and get them to a price that they will be able to compete with the other companies that make cars in the United States.
As GM said they lied about their cars and said they were sorry!

Notice that Warner from VA and Dole from NC voted yes...and were replaced this election by Democrats. So what did we loose? Two RINOs that voted Democrat anyway.

Sweet. I e-mailed Chambliss and Isakson yesterday and asked them both to oppose. Thankfully they did. Absolutely the right call.

One little surprise here is that McCain voted against the bailout. I was sure that he would vote for it.

I just sent thanking emails to Senators Corker, Alexander (I see he didn’t vote), DeMint and Chambliss.
You can too at http://www.usa.gov and click on contact public officials.
Thank the good guys and ask the others “why” they’re not supporting Conservative, Traditional and Constitutional Values.
Thanks a bunch of emails, HO

To bail out the auto industry; 1) no sales tax on the purchase of new cars for two years 2) strip away or modify so called clean air standards (ie forcing ethanyl on us) 3) stop making the purchase of a new car such a horrible experience with wheeler dealer salesman 4) get the gov’t out of the way 5) ween labor away from exhorbitant contracts.

UAW should have voted for Ross Perot(giant sucking sound)in 92 instead of their god Clinton...stop blaming Republicans for their stupidity in being loyal to the demo-rat brand...as they're the ones who sold them to the lowest bidder.
Asking for a $2 raise in pay and benefits when GM or Big3 announce a $1 profit didn't help matters either.
Now you get a taste of what us aerospace workers felt back in 92 when god clinton cut defense contracts to the the bone.
Clinton, Aerospace Workers, Bone....should be in the Thesaurus
