We’re invited but we get the scraps.
Think of it as the party you’ve been invited to but the rest of the guests are people you hate.

Will they be discussing the Kenyan birth certificate at the table, or is that not proper dinner conversation...

took a cyber-step towards greater transparency and interactive government with a new feature on his official transition website called "Seat at the Table." Transparency? Does that mean we will be getting a full accounting of the likely trillions already spent and to be spent in January for bailouts? Will we see how much goes to Buffett and Soros? Why do I doubt that will ever happen?

A seat at the table - you mean me? A gun totting religion clinging typical white woman, really that’s just hard to believe.

Obama is still in campaign mode. Why?
He wants to make his Utopia unavoidable.
Show us your long form COLB Obama.
I won't be eating at your table, ever.
A freeman abhors hand outs.
And I am a freeman.
How many of us are left?

This is just a cheap way of doing what Clinton spent millions on: poll-testing every move he makes!

What inane drivel! I don’t think I can stand four years of this.
Maybe he’ll resign to become King of Kenya.

Nah, I have a throw-away email address that I only use to communicate with my despicable ex-husband. I think Obama qualifies for that same distinction.

I think too many Freepers are in the early stages of “Obama Derangement Syndrome”. Personally I don't want to be the mirror image of the Democratic Underground. I don't see anything to be critical of here. I prefer to keep my powder dry and wait to engage when Obama actually proposes or does something awful. I'm sure there will be many opportunities. If not, I'll be pleasantly surprised.

“Barack Obama will require you to work. He is going
to demand that you shed your cynicism. That you put
down your divisions. That you come out of your
isolation, that you move out of your comfort zone.
Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives
as usual - uninvolved, uninformed.”
— Michelle Obama, reported by The Boston Globe

"....Think of it as the party youve been invited to but the rest of the guests are people you hate."Pretty accurate.
And I'm sure we are hated with even greater enthusiasm.

WHO is the person who will “release” the info about what happened at these so-called transition meetings??
An Obama spinmeister?
Brit Hume??
Axlerod??
Now, if Obama were to videotape the entire meeting and release it along with audio-tapes.... that would be something new.
If not, this is just a version of Obama releases the story Obama wants.
