The strain of the long campaign and a frenetic transition period is beginning to wear on the face of President-elect Barack Obama, who has developed a facial tic under his right eye.

The tic on the lower part of his right orbital bone is clearly visible in his recent interview with ABC's Barbara Walters. Campaign insiders say it first emerged during the primary season and has now become chronic.

A facial tic is a repetitive, spasmodic movement often involving the eyes and facial muscles. The cause of tics is unknown, but stress appears to increase their severity.

"The patients I've treated with tic disorders had one thing in common: They knew that the tics worsened when they were under stress," said Dr. Robert T. London, a psychiatrist with the New York University Medical Center.

It is interesting to look at how the office has aged its residents.
Look at G.W. before and now.
Lots of weight on the holders shoulders.
If the “magic negro” is wearing so badly at this point, ya gotta wonder. I mean the guy ain’t done jack so far.

It’s the rolling around of those ball bearings in his hand,
and the mutterings about “Strawberries” that I worry about.

People go to doctors for this? I’ve had this very same thing before. Yes, it is caused by stress and lack of sleep consistently over prolonged periods. It takes forever for it to go away. I didnt’ know doctors treated it. What do they do? Punch you in the eye?

Can’t you imagine how uncharitable the lefties would be if President Bush developed a tic. . . . .

Probably knowing one isn’t eligible for the POTUS makes one very nervous ALL THE TIME.

And he isn’t even in office.

For our country’s sake and for Obama’s sake, I hope the Courts find him ineligible.

His whole body is likely to be a "tic" after Scotus meets in conference on the 5th.

He needs to visit that girlfriend he has down in St. Lucia, Ms. Baker from Chitown.

AKA known as the UN-TIC.

Next we’ll be reading about his stess related gastrointestinal maladies, and jock itch.

Wondering what excuses are forthcoming from this?

IIRC Bill Clinton wasn’t supposed to make speeches after 7:00 PM as he was too tired, and would gaffe.

Takes toll on Obama?? I dare to say Obama will exact a toll upon America. I wonder if we’ll be recognizable in four years.

It’s not a sign of stress—the facial tics are a series of secret coded signs.
