Willacy County Grand Jury Indicts Vice President Tuesday , November 18, 2008 Posted: 02:38 PM Several political figures also indicted
WILLACY COUNTY - A Willacy County grand jury has indicted a number of political figures, including Vice President Dick Cheney.
Indictments have not yet been made public and we're told a district judge still has to sign the indictments. Two state district judges are also indicted along with Senator Eddie Lucio, Jr.
NEWSCHANNEL 5 is digging to find out more. Senator Lucio has already issued a statement in response to the indictment. It says a motion will be filed to quash Senator Lucio's indictment this week.
NEWSCHANNEL 5 is working in Willacy County right now and will bring you the latest when it becomes available.

Moonbat county? wha
I’m sure the Vice President is packing his bags to leave the country as I type this.....
Oooo, your right. I didn’t find that. Sorry Swinney Switch. I just sw it pop up on Drudge so I thought he had the exclusive!
Go Moonbats go! Show the world - who you really are.
I know he won’t but part of me wants the prez to issue a blanket pardon for Cheney and then resign so that Cheney can issue a blanket pardon for him. I hate to think of these two good men being hounded over the next two to four years.
Weslaco Texas in the Rio Grande valley of South Texas just northwest of Brownsville. Strong Democrat influence. It helps to know the milieu in which these events occur. As a knowledgable wag once said, a good District Attorney could get a grilled cheese sandwich indicted!
"(a) A civil action or criminal prosecution commenced in a State court against any of the following may be removed by them to the district court of the United States for the district and division embracing the place wherein it is pending:
(1) The United States or any agency thereof or any officer (or any person acting under that officer) of the United States or of any agency thereof, sued in an official or individual capacity for any act under color of such office or on account of any right, title or authority claimed under any Act of Congress for the apprehension or punishment of criminals or the collection of the revenue."
The moonbats have been screaming to criminalize policy differences since before President Bush was sworn in.
They have no sense of history. If they did, most liberals (the least rabid among them) would be shocked to realize just how close they are to trying to implement the Nazi show trials of the 1930s and 1940s.

Let's see, VP Cheney has been indicted, for reasons unknown, in a not made public case in which the judge has not signed any orders. Must be a slow news day at chan 5.
At that point, the damage is done. The drive-bys knows exactly what they're doing.
Would be the best anti-Obama "change" advertising possible, though.
It would be the most helpful thing these two could do for conservatism. Go up there and give as good as they take.
:) :) :)
IF...IF the socialists/communists/dictators/ whackos in our government attempt to arrest or try our President for ANY reason, I pray that millions of genuine, patriotic Americans will physically come to his defense. I will be one. Maybe this makes ME sound like a whacko....but, very sadly, these days I put nothing past those who, for no valid reason, hate this President.
Lot of illegals.
