CAP’s John Podesta Confirms He’ll Lead Obama Transition

The bulk of the money has come from Democratic Party owner and financial speculator George Soros.

This is not surprising. Echoing a Nation magazine report, we noted a year and a half ago that the aggressive think tank is viewed as a kind of left-wing “shadow government,” or government-in-waiting.

Insurance tycoon Peter B. Lewis, and Herb and Marion Sandler, the financial innovators who somehow convinced Wachovia to buy their now-troubled financial institution.

John Podesta, head of the liberal Center for American Progress, confirmed he will be heading President-elect Barack Obama’s transition team.

Podesta, a former Clinton White House chief of staff, said he will not serve in the Obama administration itself and will return to making wonky leftist mischief at CAP when he completes his transition duties.

He’ll never prove it to me - just left the living room where he was being interviewed by Chris Wallace on Fox and the man can’t speak a coherent sentence. The ah-ah-ah’s are much worse than the big Zero’s. Maybe he took speaking lessons from Podesta. This guy must have been fun in a court room - if he’s ever seen one! I know now why he was with Clinton for 8 years - it took him that long to say anything.

There are many financial guys who have concluded that our current financial crisis was caused by Soros. Remember he is famous for short-selling stocks and causing havick on currencies in many parts of the world. I’m not a fear monger, but i believe America as we know it- will never be the same.
