The Doomsday Scenario:
Someone takes up Berg’s cause, someone the Court will recognize as “having standing” to bring the case before the High Court (who does, BTW?)
Then SCOTUS finds BHO to NOT be a US citizen.
Riots, looting, Biden, Rose Law Firm, Whitewater....

Electors have the duty to certify the election. Qualification is easily seen as part of a certification in my mind.
We must determine who has the constitutional authority to enforce the qualifications.
How is this really tin-foil? How would it be different than say, a suit to clarify succession of power in various circumstances. There is precedent here.
I don’t believe FR in large think this is tin foil.

The defendants are required to respond to the Writ of Certiorari by December first, after which Mr. Berg will have an opportunity to respond.
It will be interesting to see, regardless if it is the SCOTUS or the Electoral College, if there exists the legal/practical backbone to deem BHO constitutionally unqualified against the backdrop of certain civil unrest. The riots of the 60’s would likely pale in comparison.

Tell me about it. I had an email exchange today with two Obi supporters who freaked out over this. I just casually mentioned it and "a presidency founded on a lie" and they went nuts. I even was shown the faked birth certificate on the la times blog site and snopes links (left leaning urban myth debugging site). I smell blood.
At the very least, maybe we can weaken him enough that the Dems won't be able to put in all their socialist/marxist plans and will have to have moderate judge appointments. After yesterday, I need some hope and encouragment.
Btw, I heard there are already some impeach Obama facebook sites up. I am sure there are probably some web sites going up too.
Maybe with enough effort, we can shame him, the democrat party and most who voted for them with this breach of the constitution candidacy?
