I don't believe in black helicopters and I'm sure Elvis is really dead, so I try to avoid topics embraced by the kook fringe.
When Sean Hannity did a piece on "Hannity's America" questioning Barack Obama's legal right to be president I was wary. Then I remembered that Hannity broke the Bill Ayres story a year and a half ago. It turns out (O'Reilly Factor 10/21) Sen. Obama really did know Bill Ayres was an unrepentant terrorist.
It's time to revisit the nationality of Barack Obama. The senator's paternal grandmother says she was present in the delivery room at his birth-in Kenya. At least that is the claim of Pennsylvania lawyer Philip J. Berg.
To legally be president, one must be a natural born citizen of the United States of America. Being born in Kenya would not disqualify him, but some people would like to see his birth certificate.
This is not a partisan issue. The same question was asked of Sen. McCain, who was born in the Panama Canal Zone. He quelled the criticism by releasing his birth certificate. Americans are now calling on Sen. Obama to do the same thing. Frankly, they would like to see the hard copy.
Images of his birth certificate are floating around the Internet and they are problematic. One copy has a seal affixed, the other does not. The certificate number is blacked out. Why?
The senator and his half-sister both say he was born in Hawaii, only they can't agree on which hospital he was born in.
Attorney Philip Berg filed suit in Pennsylvania in October, requesting the court to force Sen. Obama to produce a birth certificate. Mr. Berg, a former deputy attorney general in Pennsylvania and Democratic county chairman, is a life-long Democrat.

Why do people continue to label this as ‘fringe’ ‘black helicopter’ ‘paranoid’ etc.?
There are actually people out there who are taken back when an employer ask for a copy of BC, college transcripts, job references? This is everyday life in America and what is being asked of obama is perfectly in line with these requests.
I appreciate the candor, but the writer lost me when he said being born in Kenya wouldn’t disqualify The One. His mother was too young to pass on citizenship; his father was a Kenyan (UK) citizen; and anyway, citizenship and natural-born citizenship are two different things.
Then the judges have rejected the cases brought before them because there was “no standing”. Just beyond belief. Heck you have to go through the ringer to get a passport let alone being President of the United States.

I am in the same boat as you. I wasn’t sure what to think but when I heard the interview Savage did on his show with that Democrat who was a former State Attorney, I found it quite compelling. I wish I had the link. It should be on his website.
Now THIS is interesting. Certainly did get my attention. I assume Ms. Garcia would not publish this without being sure of her facts.
He’s also a quisling. Who exactly is pulling the strings for this puppet, I’m not yet positive. But strings are being pulled.
Except that we're not talking about flipping a switch here. U.S. citizenship is a birthright per the 14th Amendment. You cannot lose your citizenship by accident or by the actions of another. Even if Obama's stepfather had him registered as an Indonesian citizen, his U.S. citizenship would remain in effect, regardless of Indonesian law, until Obama himself took steps to relinquish it once he reached adulthood. Nobody has shown any evidence that Obama deliberately took any sort of expatriating act. Garcia's scenario is wrong.

Six hours after the release of information by API on the planned broadcast by Fox News Network of the Michelle Obama tape, in accordance with an agreement that has been reached between API and Fox News Network, API was contacted by Obama’s Campaign Manager.
Those who are close to the democratic presidential candidate must be desperate to win the elections no matter what, otherwise they would not have taken such bold step to contact API with an offer of a bribe in order to stop the airing of the tape.
Obama’s campaign manager contacted API by telephone and email offering 3 million US dollars followed with a request to API to cancel the deal with Fox News Network.
Ten days ago API received the first request to accept 2 million US dollars by Mr Ed Hale, President of Plains Radio, Texas - USA, in an effort to suppress the information from reaching the public before the coming US Presidential elections.
API has now taken a decision to contact the American Embassy in Oslo, Norway as soon as possible in order to report the matter and hand over the evidence for investigative purposes.
API’s Canadian lawyer is expected to fly to Oslo shortly in order to assist in the legal matters that arise from the bribery attempt.
API’s Chief editor is expected to travel to New York, together with the Canadian lawyer, where he will appear live in one of the shows that will air the Michelle Obama tape.
What I wonder most about is:
1) Who is responsible for checking credentials.
2) Why do “we” (the people) have to prove he is NOT eligible. Why does Senator Obama not have to prove he IS eligible.
3) Why don’t all presidential and vice presidential candidates, as a matter of course and record, release their documentation proving their eligibility.
4) Why are we forced, by default, to make a decision on the absence of information, rather than an abundance of information.
If there are any constitutianal authorities available, I would appreciate a common sense answer to the things I am wondering about.

The fact that Obama has declared the constitution “fundamentally flawed” means one of two things:
The constitution is a form of contractual agreement.
A contract that is fundamentally flawed MUST be either;
A). Thrown out on its face.
or,
B). Re-written.
Take your pick. Either way, any attempt along these lines by Obama - Ayers would plunge the nation into civil war and successions.
Anyone care to guess what a radical Left Marxist Obama-stacked court system will do as he expands upon this theory? Think they won’t? They have been hostile to the constitution and the founding of this nation for decades.
We can’t simply gloss over his statements and let him get away with it. McCain MUST confront Obama on this and force Obama to either retract the statement and then explain in detail why he said it in the first place - or stand by his words.
Obama’s statement puts us on the edge of a constitutional crisis and we will be in one should he cheat his way into office.
The BC issue just makes it even more so.

My out-of the-box theory is that he desperately needs a US citizen father (Frank Davis).
Is it possible the Governor’s people interrupted a reverse Sandy Burglar operation and totally sealed whatever is in the records?
In a 1995 tape, O states he was involved with “...knowing who my father was”. That, of course, is susceptible of at least two interpretations.
Where did that document come from?
I saw somewhere earlier that another possible reason that he won’t release it is that his father is actually Frank Marshall Davis. That would be just as good IMHO, as being born in Kenya. In either case the man’s entire life is and has been a total lie.
Not only birthday gifts, they don't give them Christmas gifts either.
